One thing that changed my life in the past couple of months was transitioning my mindset from being pessimistic to optimistic. My entire life I was a pessimist - I used to think nothing went my way, I couldn't accomplish big things, and so forth. I had a focus on the negative, and I also used to think optimism was complete BS. But I quickly learned that it's a choice that you can make so that you can train your mind. It doesn't happen overnight, but I constantly remind myself that "everything goes my way". While it's not always true, when you think about this every day it brings your attention to the things that actually do go your way, instead of always focusing on the things that don't. Seriously changed my life, you just need to put the conscious effort in. I'm still working on making it second nature for me.

You need to take the limitations off your radar. Visiting the luxury neighborhoods, do everything that brings you closer to luxury. The more you know about the neighborhoods, the more confident you will feel and whenever there is a opportunity, months of background work is gonna help you a lot.
I just passed my NY State test. However, I have to take 30 hours of remedial since I got my license in 2000, and it expired in 2009. I love your body of work. Your videos are helping me gain my confidence back. I can't wait to hit the ground running!
