It's cool cos I cld tell in the show that whatever his workout is, it's functional strength (I assumed calisthenics) rather than just for aesthetic purposes.
i'm late to the Manny Jacinto party. Acolyte is the first time I've ever seen him work and he's awesome in it. Seeing him act across a huge range within moments is impressive and he's both a great comedic actor with physical presence.
I absolutely love this guys exercise intros. He tells you the name, tells you why it's a good exercise, then relates it to a real world activity. A lot of the trainers aren't doing that or even worse...they let the actor explain it.
just finished acolyte and it was a hard watch but stayed for manny jacinto. dude is epic and it’s a shame the production of the show wasn’t on par with the level of performance this man gave but if ever they get picked up for season 2, i hope they level it up by a ton
Manny is funny and real. He is not pretentious like a lot of actors. Karl Flores gave really good explanations on the exercises. Does he have his own training channel?
Thanks for profiling him! I've seen him in real life years ago when he was still doing The Good Place--I can't believe how much his body has changed! Love his mentality and his focus on long term mobility.
KARL?!?! Yoooo Manny’s trainer is the GOAT! If yall don’t know who Karl is go check him out… especially if you’re a DANCER! I’ve learned from him in the past and he’s helped so many of my friends become better Artist Athletes 💪
let's be honest here.... his face is everything... anyone can get a body.... not everyone is a looker... In fact, most dudes are all body no good-looking face. Same with women. Lucky Manny. Very lucky...
Bruh……. I just did the Spider-Man lunge with rotation stretch and lemme tell yall, I’ve never felt so much better after stretching both sides ‼️‼️‼️‼️✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽
