Manny's era is the peak of boxing, everytime he fights the crowd are always alive. I am grateful to witness the greatness of manny in and out the ring.
@@EASTBAY_NORCALLOL Barrera who was the Top 3 Pound for pound at that time and his wars with erik morales who was also a top 10 pound for pound sets Pacman's name on the map, and that was in the featherweight divisions years before he fought May and Oscar. Stop glazing your country boys casual.
Manny Pacquiao alone can bring the entire Philippines to a halt. No traffic on EDSA, on the streets, everywhere. Everyone is focused when he has a match. It brings tears to the eyes, gives goosebumps even though I've watched it several times, and I still repeat it. I am still happy because in our generation, someone like him emerged, witnessed by people all over the world, showing how strong Filipinos are. I hope someone as excellent as Manny will emerge again to revive the world of boxing, especially in the Philippines. One and only Manny Pacquiao ❤."
In spite of getting Hatton getting K.O. The PACMAN still gave respects to Hatton .. mentioning that it was a hard fight Hatton left hand hits hard. That's Manny Pacquiao .. is HUMBLE as ALWAYS!
Manny’s fights never gets old, that innocent happy go lucky smile, infectious. He would have you worried all night, show off and you’re swearing keep you hands up!!! I dont think he cared to win or lose, just always wanted to give the paying public no what who you are, where you come from, what you do, worth your time and money. Legends live forever!!!
I never seen a man face so many trials and hardship and still stood strong thru it ALL! From RAGS to greatness, PACQUIAO deserves it ALL to be respected ! Filipino or NOT i highly admire Manny Pacquiao! Amazing man! 8 world divisions ! 💟♾️♾️♾️💟. I seen Hattan s fights he is mostly a wrestler cause he loves to clinch and hug like Mayweather Floyd Jr to avoid getting hit . This referee did a good job of breaking up the two!! Freddie Roach is a great trainer ! Marquez and PACQUIAO 4 fights were really great to watch! They don't run like Mayweather Floyd Jr they fight!!
Even though it takes a long time, when you watch it, it will bring you back to the present. Manny's fights don't seem to fade. Living Legend And GOAT Manny Pacquiao 👊❤️
The legendary wisdom, intros and interviews by Larry Merchant! Great commentating by Jim Lampley and analysis by Emmanuel Steward. The anthems and celebrities, the crowd specially this one. The "Let's get ready to rumble by Michael Buffer. Nothing beats HBO Boxing PPV! Missing these glory days!
Im not alone who keeps on watching MP fights for sure coz its entertaining and he is always nice n good exciting fights as he keeps on moving up to 8th division, that makes him goat one of the best in boxing history 🥇🇵🇭👏👍🥰👊
This was a spectacle! Star-studded, legendary singers, impeccable commenting, rabid fans, Buffer's "Let's get ready to rumble," and of course, best fighters in the planet. Even the intro songs songs are terrific. The festivities was longer than the fight. (Lol) What a show!! A classic best! Love watching this over and over again!
Pacquiao at 140 would have been a problem for ANYONE in any ERA. Perfect weight for him. Absolutely BLINDING speed and pop with every punch. His legs were also insanely quick. I wish he stayed there more than one fight. I'd put him up against anyone at 140
Manny PACMAN he is the only one who shock the world, He is the only one exiciting to watch in boxing during his reigning...maybe even now if he will figth again as a figther not for the exibition...
obviously floyd ducked him. manny suppose to fight floyd after this. then the promoters selected marquez instead. who knows whats in thier mind. after manny destroyed hatton.
This was when Pacquiao was at his best. Imagine if he just stuck to boxing instead of politics and entertainment how good he would have been. He’s still a legend and a great fighter. I have to admit I did question him when he was involved in so many things. Still being an eight division champion will be hard for someone else to do. I enjoyed watching his fights.
Even Roach called him out for entering into politics and advised him to choose between it or boxing. The only consolation for many fans like me is that he was able to serve his constituents well and stayed clean.
april 16,2024 can’t help watching this again.ang lakas talaga ni pambansang kamao!so humble and full of charisma.he created a history in boxing.no doubt about that.godbless manny!
Coach Freddie Roach predicted the fight will be over in 3 rounds.😅🤭 Manny says: nope! That is too long, this is easy peasy for me, Lemme close this fight in round 2. 😆😂
Boxing has never been the same, nor will ever be the same without HBO!! What a tragedy and a travesty that they are no longer in the boxing game. No one did big fights like them. The buildup, presentation, commentary, production, pageantry, camera angles...everything!!
Actually the interviews are equally entertaining. I've seen the fight a couple of times and this time, I really payed attention to Jim, Larry, and Emmanuel
This is when Floyd went to jail to escape the match with manny. 😂 And floyd waited manny to go on welterweight division because he knew manny is not a natural welterweight boxer that he will slow down weary unlike floyd.
Pacquiao went up to Welterweight running away from a 3rd Marquez fight... Pacquiao waited until Marquez was nearly 40 and Floyd when he was nearly 40 and lost to both in embarrassing fashion
Pacquiao started his professional boxing career when he was just 16 years old, stood at 4'11'' and weighed 98 pounds (7 pounds under the mini-flyweight division). @@cmoneyno5
Many great Filipinos...Pacquiao is one, Nepomuceno, Bata Reyes ....they made us proud. Just finished watched Pacquiao-Hatton much. Today is April 19, 2024...Enjoyed it for the nth time....nice to watch in my big screen...feels like I'm at MGM too. This is Manny's best fight for me...Manny is really a Legend ....from a poor boy in Gensan to one of the rich in Forbes Park...but still maintained the humility until now...God bless you!
TKO is when a fighter can no longer fight or unconscious, while a knockout occurs when the referee is able to administer a ten count to a fallen or woozy fighter who cannot get back to his or her feet within the time limit.
