Manor Lords is a strategy game that allows you to experience the life of a medieval lord. Grow your starting village into a bustling city, manage resources and production chains, and expand your lands through conquest.
Inspired by the art and architecture of late 14th century Franconia, Manor Lords prioritizes historical accuracy wherever possible, using it to inform gameplay mechanics and visuals alike. Common medieval tropes are avoided in favor of historical accuracy, in order to make the world feel more authentic, colorful, and believable.

You need to add more ox’s or horses to the stables/trading posts the more you have the more people working at different jobs can use to transport more materials faster and help stop things getting damaged by weather

My advice is general. Treat your residents as people instead of tools. You'll find your influence grows when you are a more rounded ruler, over taxing and mass building, overextending your workforce on little leisure or food, over focusing on one aspect to the detriment of everything else, all not helping. Love the work, carry on my son! ❤

At the Manor you can declare Tithe and give food to the poor to gain influence. The tradingperk keeps the costs for trading at 25 gold.. if you dont it can cost well over a 100.

I think you should keep Riotshire on hold & focus on the newer acquisitions to bring them to the same level & that could help, I think.

Love this series, good job :) I would be intrigued by the Trade Logistics upgrade and then Better Deals. Would be an efficient way of getting new resources and selling surplus.

You can get more soldiers from upgrading your manor and adding towers those are very powerful soldiers as well.

I’m curious on the economics of the game. (Let’s test how powerful the market in-game can be) It seems you’ve grown more organically in this play through. Again I apologize for not being 💯 up to date on the series.
