I'm sure that there is a wonderful man out there who is doing this for his wife -- but reallly, this is a hallmark "wife project." Camilla is putting heart and soul into helping Ollie stay healthy. She did the research and now does the work. This isn't the only thing she does as she tries to proactively take care of all the family's health. She isn't exactly an unsung hero but this is what many women do throughout their lifetime -- and it's mostly taken for granted.
So glad to see y'all again. It is so delicious to eat really healthy foods .....also very yummy. When you are eating well, you truly do not stay hungry all the time.....and it is rather surprising to see the pounds drop off. I am so happy for you both for finding healthy solutions. I have missed your regular visits. On U-Tube. You are such a loving , creative, smart couple. May the Lord continue to bless you on your life journey.

Sooo happy to see you and Camilla back with your vlog! You are looking very well, Ollie! Camilla is perfection so there’s no room to improve! Such a beautiful, talented woman she is! It appears your change in diet and new meds for ADHD have really helped you cope with life in a positive way. After my 53 year old daughter watched your vlog telling us about your ADHD diagnosis she cried. ..She identified with you and immediately called her doctor to be evaluated for ADD as she had many of the same symptoms/ feelings you did. Eventually, she was prescribed Vyvance. She said daily life is so much easier now! I just wanted to say “ thank you” for sharing your personal story. I’m sure it helped many who didn’t know help was available to them. We love you just the way you are!! Maybe even more so now because you seem happier and healthier! ❤😊
Btw- My daughter is a single mother caring for my grandson who has terminal muscular dystrophy. ADD made life quite a challenge for her, but she had no idea what caused the memory lapses, disorganization, etc, etc😊

I‘m really intrigued by Camilla‘s interest in nutrition relevant to ADHD. It‘s not just a 😮game changer but also prioritising a big effort! I have to eat this way myself! Particularly, Omega 3 , proteins and greens but no grains or carbs.. So I’m looking forward to being inspired and supported by her research and recipes in that cute kitchen. Love the decor, and their immersive natural vibe in this charming home.

I’m not quite sure that you guys know how inspiring it is to watch your vlogs. It moves me so much, as my husband is neurodivergent also. Now in retirement we are challenged with dealing with him taking off the mask and just being himself. Masking helped him with his business, where he dealt with many people daily. We are slowly moving through the process of acceptance and changes that are necessary to travel through the remainder of our lives. I have missed you. Blessings to all !!

Camilla you are absolutely right about the health things ,it's better for adhd with fat and protein and nonprocessed food. Both my son and i feel much better and we don't need any medicasion at all❤❤❤

Bliss to have you both back, was getting concerned something bad had happened to you. I have been thriving on home made granola and energy bars since the pandemic and it is clear to see that it is doing you the world of good too. Please do not leave it too long next time, we love seeing how you are getting on with your art and the house restoration ❤

The balcony is a great spot for inspiration and light, however a bigger table might help with Deep Mariner Blue incidence😉. Shutters thought:. Add a shim/ wood wedge to the bottom for temporary opening. Wishing you a delightful summer! 😎🌞
Your paintings are stunning Oliver so don't worry I look forward to seeing more :) your home is very inspiring to any artist including you I am sure :) If you have some sort of latch mechanism to keep the shutters open when you need light. Or on good days use your balustrade area to paint :) Maybe an air purifier as well :) Lovely to see how you all are doing :) The paint will come off easy mistake to make when you are so engrossed in your work is why I used to wear certain clothes for painting so I wouldn't have to worry about it.
