Yeah it would have been good to have it. But to be fair it is a very niche thing - mainly works on Manta. Prior to ascension it only guaranteed one shots against Aquaman but was a good cleanup pip if your stats were maxed otherwise. Some people say they use Batarangs with BNCW and JC, but I didn't get great results from that. They must be really far ascended to use this. SCBB Batarangs used to be good prior to some recent update. Some users say it still works for them. But yeah I like the combo with BNGG to get the infinite power gen to keep the boss stunned.
