Manual Calibration of PXN-V9 (needed when the gas, brake and clutch pedals are messed up) 

Restart pc, once restarted you have to close any game launchers steam etc. Unplug usb cable, plug it in on another usb port of your computer. Try to do the manual calibration. Those step never failed me but if it still fails for you might have a bad pedal (physical hardware). You might want to ask the store you bought it for warranty or find another youtube guide where they open up the pxn v9 and put wd40 or so, I found one before as I thought I was having a hardware issue but it's not really a hardware issue since manual calibration works for me.

Just unscrew the pedal panel and unplug every wire and plug them again or tighten the springs

you have to do this manual calibration, Mode should blink if not then try to plug your pxn v9 on a different usb port on your computer/altop

@@omaralsayed6944 Was that working fine before or it has been like that since you got it? If you press and hold the MODE button for like 20 seconds, it does not even blink or you don't hear any sound on your computer like it detected a new device?

@@DynastyGamingAndTech hello im back, all my problems are gone but i have 1 problem the mode button not working so mode button didnt work since i got pxn and i didnt hear any sound when i hold the mode button

@@omaralsayed6944 Make sure your PXN V9 is connected directly to your computer's usb port. If it is already, plug it in on a different usb port. It happened to me once before that the Mode does not work even if I press and just hold it down for 10 seconds or more. Unplug and plugging it in on another usb port fixed it for me.

what buttons? restart your pc, close steam or any launchers then try to calibrate again

whenever i go to my d input input and try to use my clutch it doesnt work when im in 1-6 and hold my peddle for my clutch down it doesnt rev let me rev my car and it flys threw gears but itdoesnt actully shift ??

@@itzjoey2396 brand new? if it is and you can't even do this manual calibration which fixes all the pxn v9 issues then you might have a defective one

unplug usb cable from your computer, plug it in on another usb port on your computer, then try the manual calibration step above, it works for me that way.

you have to try and try yo recalibrate. thats the only way sad to say. its the downside of this cheap driving steering wheel.

the file from pxn v9 website? yes, without it; windows will just recognize your pxn v9 as a normal xbox standard controller.

I never experienced that and I don't think the manual calibration might fix that. Was it like that when you got it out of the box? if it is, then return to the seller

@@quesador3049 Driver possible so you could give it a shot on uninstalling and reinstalling it. Program/mode button for triggering the manual calibration? I don't think so but you have a few steps you could do and if all else fails, try it on another pc which never had a pxn v9 to isolate the problem then contact www.e-pxn.com/contact-us

I'm sorry to hear that. Have you tried to check if it's working on the smartphone app? V9 Tools? meaning try to switch modes there.

make sure PXN V9 driver is installed from their website then try another usb port on your computer or if you are using a hub, don't connect it to the hub but direct to your computer or laptop port. Try to press and hold the MODE button without doing any calibration just to make sure it's working 100%

because it's a manual calibration to make it set to it's default, you really can't do a remap there if you watched the video and my other video about FH5 as well as other PXN V9 even it's guides, I never found an option that you are looking for.

Happened to me once, just unplug usb cable and plug in on another usb port OR another computer. Then you can manual calibration again.

@@DynastyGamingAndTech now i got another issue where the accelerator value is going all over the place while I press it and if I press it fully, it goes to 0. And changing USB ports doesn’t fix it.

@@davidm5173 weird, changing USB ports and then recalibrate the same way on the video works for me whenever it happens. Unless something is really busted on your driving wheel. Is that brand new?

@@DynastyGamingAndTech I think so. I just ordered it off Amazon this past summer and it worked fine until recently.

@@davidm5173 honestly, I'd just try doing the manual calibration method multiple times because that's what I have noticed on the PXN V9. On my end, it happen on the gas pedal and clutch most of the time. The break never had issues on it when doing the calibration. One more thing on this cheap but good steering wheel... Unplug/replug USB or a simple restart even with the usb cable connected, the calibration won't stick which is why I figured re-creating this video would help other people who didn't notice the issue and would just sell or refund it right away.

Hi, is that a PXN V9? If so, please do rewatch the whole video. If you are on the main default mode, it's really going to just show limited buttons. If you watch the first minute you will see the demo I made where the controller icon became a keyboard icon which then shows more button afterwards. :)

yup, most of the time it's a missed step. You can read a lot of people had issues at first but majority are saying it works :)

I feel sorry for you. I never update to Windows 11 because there's a lot of issues there. I'll update only on Windows 11 when they stop supporting Windows 10. It's like Windows Vista and 8 all over again :(
