Kudos to the management of IVM, but I observed that some of the workers are not well kitted to forestall the hazards associated with this type of job. Safety shoes, hand gloves, eye goggles, work clothes and helmets should be made mandatory for all workers.
All plastic compoenets should be local.. Any commercial enterprize with a 3D printer can do it. Or do it in house...dont import all your parts and only assemble. Blessings. Hope Jamaica gets there too one day
They used to said in adage, u don't know the value of what you have, until you lost it, my brother innoson , u are like a moon, that can not be covered, despite how the enemy is trying their best, is just a matter of time, ur car will be driving all over the world, the Bible let's us understand that , were christ were born, his people did not no his what's, until, at least, is out side people understand him, so my dear, u are too much .
So many HSE infractions from this video, company needs to do better in kitting staff well in compliance with international best practices. Hope the company grows with time.
