There should be a collaborative effort between the electric company who sparked the fires, the county, state governments on their failure to not only protect the people in the fires but failure to put it out, the insurance companies and any of the companies who disrupted the land for the sugar plantations, all to rebuild ALL those people's homes. Their lives should be restored by those 4 entities that have bags of money.
Last I heard Puerto Ricans are American citizens so why lump them in as immigrants? There are many Puerto Rican families who were recruited by the Hawaiian Sugar Planters Association. I went to high school with a number of those descendants. The struggles of these new immigrants is nothing new. Our parents and grandparents who came here legally worked in the plantations to support their families and contributed to the economic and cultural prosperity of Hawaii.
And no matter what it will not be easy because energetically a person who is coming from another land that is not spiritually tied to the land will always have a rough time, even if they gain a lot of money they are not spiritually connected to the land
