Drug drug interactions are negligible. They have been widely overrated and most doctors/psychiatrists have no idea about them. Just stay away from anything serotonergic and that's about it. Diet is not an issue. Monitor your blood pressure. MAOis are the only medications that work as antidepressants should
100% agree. I've been on almost everything. Nothing worked. As soon as I started Parnate, the recovery of my debilitating anxiety was 95% gone within only 4 days and only got better since. 13 years later, it's still working perfectly for me. ❤ The psychiatrists experienced and confident prescribing them are far and few.
