I disagree. He's the opposite of Marner, IMO. More of a goal scorer, and unlike Marner, he has grit and is a fiesty player. Cowan doesn't have anything to prove at the junior level. It won't do him any good in dominating it once again. Hopefully, he makes the team. I personally think he will.

The following year her team was promoted to the 2nd tier Finnish pro league where she played 10 games. From first hand accounts, she was not out of place on the ice as a woman in either men's league. She also represented Canada since the age of 15 into her late 30's garnering 10 gold medals in international competition including 4 Olympic Golds. On top of this, she played Women's pro hockey on several teams. Suffice it so say that this woman knows what dedication and overcoming adversity as an athlete is all about. When all of this is considered and her obvious smarts are factored in as well, this is the perfect person to guide young prospects. Your clueless prejudices notwithstanding.
