I'm a vegan I've been for years I paid attention to what he made it look like I'm not sure it looked like he had fennel seeds cayenne pepper black beans Walnuts .Flour Italian herb maple syrup sea salt probably use coconut aminos all that in the blender plus chops white onions maybe some celery smoked paprika I know these things because I've been a vegan basically for 8 years so I know how ingredients work it look like after that he had vegan cheese you can find vegan cheese at any store Sprouts or Wegmans or Whole Foods they have it there they don't have the good kind at Walmart it look like he used a hash brown patty it looks processed from the store and just egg Patty and you know the bread that they use at McDonald's you can find that at any store that's basically what he made the orange sauce could easily be cashew cheese sauce or some type of homemade sauce that he made I can give you a secret to make homemade sauce get some coconut milk cashew cheese cayenne pepper coconut aminos Agave sugar lime not lemon trust me I know
