Today we'll make Todoroki Fuyumi's Mapo Tofu from My Hero Academia (Boku no Hero Academia). While Deku loved the Karaage, it looked like Bakugo fell in love with the Mapo Tofu, so I decided to recreate it. I hope you guys like it!

Fun fact, you can use a fatty ground pork with the beef and fry the latter seasonings, it'll give a nice flavor rather than neutral oil

Mapo Tofu is bitchin. It just bursts and melts in your mouth. And the spice isn’t too intense. Thanks for the recipe!! (Pro tip: if you want to order the best Mapo around, go to a Casinos Chinese Restaruant and order it there. They don’t play around)
