A few things: 1) I really like the Nike F.C shirt. Solid choice there. 2) Stache game strong! I have been thinking about trimming the beard and leaving the stache....but my wife isn't thrilled on that. 3) Solid week! Keep grinding my dude!

That strava training log is looking good 👊 the winter grind is real… won’t be long before things heat up again 🔥 keeping grinding!

I won’t lie, I’d be heart broken if I didn’t keep the Strava log a rollin haha. One more week and I have a scheduled down week, but it will feel good. The winter grind is 100% on my friend 🤘🏻

Great job Kyle 😃 the buffalo 🦬 build is coming along nicely. Great you get on the track in the snow too, they usually close them off in the UK

Ayyy much appreciated 🙌🏻! The track was def not in top shape haha, looking forward to spring temps for sure. What’s your “go to” for winter speed sessions if you can’t do track??

@@KyleMcCueRunning thanks Kyle, it's 10x800 with target 3m10s. I'm doing about 7 sessions, every other week with the build up to Manchester Marathon (April). Then 4 to 6 x 1k repeats and a long run with threshold elements. 5 days of speed followed by 9 days of easy aerobic runs. Let's see if it works 😄😄 it's fun finding out. Usually snow and ice isn't a big problem here, mainly it's the strong winter winds that's a pain 😂
