Video diary uploading... So this is a different direction a bit for me but like a writer with block sometimes you just gotta put pen to paper. So lets get this up and get to work. I'm doing zone 2 training to get up to high mileage weeks without speed, that is going to come later. I'm on almost 4 full weeks of training and will finish this week doing 43 miles. Thats good for me, but I want to hit mid 60's by the end of the year. Low and slow. keep it simple. Lets go.
