In this video, we will consider the issue of not self-confidence.
How to make sure that you, as often as possible were in a state of positive attitude to reality, believed in yourself and your strength!
1. Exercise: Put a reminder in your phone or you can stick a sticker on the refrigerator! The most important thing is that you have this reminder before your eyes! Every time you catch yourself on negative thoughts. Stop yourself and change this negative attitude to positive or at least neutral!
2. Exercise: Make a list of all your achievements at least 10 from an early age.
3. Exercise: Whenever you have some negative thoughts About what you do not happen, when you are constantly postponing a decision or doing a specific task. In this case, imagine in your head the most horrible and unpleasant negative scenarios. That the worst can happen, what you are afraid of. And then ask the CONTROL question and, what's next ??? .... what serious will happen to you !? ANSWER "NOTHING"
