Marathon Pacing Strategy - COROS Activity Screens 

Wow I’ve been using the Pace 3 for a while now, especially for the last 16 weeks for LAM and I didn’t even know I could do this 😂. Thanks for sharing. I’ve always wondered how I could put my Lap Pace on the top section of the screen instead of HR.

Ben, thanks for the video - I was expecting you to smack the box off the table at the end (LOL). I know you said you don't pause workouts. I wish there was a way to edit the pause screen data. Example, after running a lap on the track if I hit pause it doesn't show the current lap or last lap time it only show cumulative time. Thoughts?

hi there. when you use lap pace, without pressing lap button, will automatically count every K as lap? or is there any settings i should do?

Doesn't Coros offer GAP as a feature? While not as good as a Stryd foot pod, GAP alone can be a huge benefit for runners without a well tuned personal RPE.
