Love it. Your accent isn’t hard to understand, that’s crazy talk. I’m from Texas and I got it all. I’m always nice to call center folk because I was one once, too. I made a poor girl cry once (unintentionally) then spent more time comforting her and assuring her that I was irritated with the company not her.
My cousin worked in a call centre, he didn't last a month in it, but not even because of the callers but first it was horrible management doing things like timing how long it takes you to go to the toilet and not giving you the power to do anything. The worst part was being the voice of the company being dicks against customers with valid grievances and complaints. The management also pretended to be all nicey nicey and he'd rather that if you're going to be evil, be upfront about it
