He didn't need the win for this since he's already popular but this gave him a lot more exposure to the public Before the covid lockdown around February, there was a lot of controversy as it seems that the show was fixed. Who are the SuperFans that the judges keep mentioning. Unfortunately due to the lockdown, there wasn't much of a follow up as everyone couldn't do anything about it as the show was already finished filming before covid started to spread.

How do you take it to the next level when you are above everyone else's level? Marcelito took it to the next level right off the bat. If you think he can do better? id ask the question? Who does this ? In all the years listening to singers from all backgrounds I never heard anyone do what he just did and it must not be easy at all or you wouldn't be wondering how he even did this at all. He uped his game like no other has and to think he finished in 4th place and then find out Simon gave him the same advice on the next round and Simon picked the song and still gave Marcelito the same advice.
