Hi, I loved your video! I was on the NCL Getaway March 18-26, 2023 - I wonder if that was this cruise!! I was trying to see myself in any of the crowds! We had fog on the last day out also. It was a wonderful cruise, and I am planning on going again in April this year for a 10-day on the Getaway. Thanks for this wonderful trip down memory lane and can't wait to do it again!

I worked in the food business for over 40 years, the only difference was that where I worked was land-based. This meant that staff would take advantage of the sick days accrued each month, and on a typical day there would be at least 4 members that would call out. On board the ship, you have continuity, which greatly benefits the operation.
It took a while for the weather to warm up, we were coming from Massachusetts so we packed seasonally (~40 degrees Fahrenheit) but once we were more south it got warmer- we needed swimsuits and sat by the pool. Layers are your best option but you may need to pack for two seasons; early Spring and then early Summer. Have a wonderful trip!
