I love Choc Zero! I too am keto/low carb. Been for 4 years now. I am menopausal so the weight has been harder to lose, but I just keep swimming. I buy Choc Zero when they are having sales and store it in a Ziploc bag in the freezer. Then I take a piece out when I need something sweet. It lasts for a year in the freezer for me. I love your channel! I am a diamond painter, but enjoy all your content! Have a great day!

Thank you for the WIP and chat. Some very beautiful cross stitch patterns to stitch. I look forward to seeing the completions when you finish them. Congratulations on loosing the weight. I think most women understand how hard it is to loose the weight and keep it off. I lost 40 lbs and gained a lot of it back. So starting again knowing it will be a lifetime commitment. Tough but doable if done slowly and right. Well have a good week and continue the plan. Peace and love abide with you 💕

When I started to lose weight. I was 364 lbs and now I'm down to 284 lbs. There were a lot of times I would just stay the same for awhile and then lost more. So just hang in there. It'll come off.

Love both Choc Zero and Lily's. I've been doing Low Carb for almost 2 years and have lost 95lbs overall. But sometimes your body needs to heal first before all the weight comes off. So congratulations on the weight you have loss.

you always motivated me when it comes to health related issues etc and I thank you for it, I deal with pysplasia was only diagnosed 2 years ago was miss diagnosed as a kid and deal with arthritis in my right knee and hip same side due to it, but stress really is a factor in it been inflamed, just having my older sister back in my life we don't know if were full siblings yet but were almost there with the truth just waiting to do a DNA tests but it's been a huge weight of my shoulders and I can finally push on from my past as well. you don't realize how much your body is under till you've finally got someone to talk to about everything. I agree stress is the worst enemy their is. ♥

You have to eat to loose weight. Sounds counter intuitive right. If you don’t eat enough calories your body thinks it’s starving and will hold on to weight. So, fasting tricks the body into thinking it’s starving. On the other hand fasting can set your body into a keto acidosis that can make you loose to much weight to fast. You have to be very careful with fasting. It’s a tricky balance from sure.
