I just hope the parents oversee everything. Kids are notorious for neglecting animals and I always cringe when I see such a young kid bringing home pets.

You can't blame a kid with less then 11 years old for neglecting a pet, they just don't see it as a live animal, they see it as a toy and they don't really need to have any responsability for their acts before 11 years old, so if they are neglecting their pets that's be cause the parents don't really care about the pets. absolutly! When I saw for the first time a tarantula (as a little child) I was like: MOMMY LOOK! She is sooo fuzzy!!! Same me on the same day saw also a spezies of toad and I was like: OHHH he is looking like a pancake!

I always forget her job means she kinda has to be good with them. Its great to see her get excited with kids.

I’d love to see them have a kid 🥺 but also they’re super busy & probably get enough enjoyment out of what they do

Westerns require a special permit in order to sell in Illinois, and the vendors didn't realize this until 2 nights before the show so they didn't have time to apply for one. Now that they're aware of the rule, hognoses should be back again in October :)

Yeah. I doubt her parents or guardians would be at Tinley if they didn't love reptiles.

it's my stepdad who got me into all those animals. after 2 weeks of having them they were amazing but they died last year :(
