Approaching Kusadasi was a memorable experience for me since i had been here 3 years ago and Turkey had just experienced a terrible earthquake. I even bumped into a tour guide who remembered me from that trip and it was so lovely to see her again.
In Kusadasi, Turkey, and I just had an unforgettable experience again in the ancient city of Ephesus. It is the ruins of this once-great city, precious to many Christian believers. It is one of the most beautiful preserved cities in the world. I felt transported back in time.
The highlight for me was seeing the incredible Library of Celsus, with its ornate façade and intricate carvings. My picture on the thumbnail was taken there. It was truly remarkable to celebrate and observe the craftsmanship of the people who lived here so many centuries ago.
