Bart was not even doing anything wrong, and yet Marge wanted to shutdown a golf course because of her anger issues. I feel like she only this because she hate Bart that much.
If anything I think the reason Marge and Lisa did this is because they hate rich people, and something tells me that the club won’t be shut down for long. They either hate rich people out of jealousy or they think they bring out the worst in people, but still they had no right to ruin Bart’s summer job.
I have this 1 question about the series. Why is it whenever Bart is feeling on top or finding his happiness, Marge or Lisa squash down on it. They won't let Bart have his moment in the sun.
I feel like Marge and Lisa are worse than Homer and Bart because usually the boys don't care what people think about them Whereas Marge and Lisa try to make the family look good when reality the majority of the town is either just as bad, worse, evil, corrupt or just really judgy
Wait, hold up. Marge is always encouraging Bart to behave and be respectful, but now that he's doing just that, she's now encouraging Bart to MISbehave and be DISrespectful? Make up your f-ing mind, Marge!
Honestly the worse Marge episode yet. Even if it is dishonest work, at least Bart is working for a living instead of causing mayhem. Imagine if Marge did this same shit when Bart was working for Fat Tony/Krusty? Garbage episode.
Later in the episode, when golf was legally declared a religion, Marge brought leaders of four different faiths to get support for the shut down. Yet even they didn’t see anything wrong, and the club gave them a group discount for membership.
Well it makes sense why Lisa would be on board her subconscious need to be the centre of attention makes her often act in a way to sabotage Bart or Maggie.
Sometimes it seems Bart just can't ever win when it comes to his family Marge doesn't hate rich people problem is that Marge has this image of what she WANTS Bart to be, but because he's not what she thinks he should be Marge doesn't know how to support him. Lisa does hate rich people (I don't blame her these rich people were jerks)
Lisa cost him fame and fortune in the episode E my sports and Marge was ok with him competing in gaming competitions, but now Marge is convincing Lisa to purposely ruin something Bart is making a lot of money from. He’s just acting like a kiss up so he can make money for the summer and it was keeping him out of trouble.
@@slospop1125 she planted that “competition is meaningless” thing in his head. She could have waited until after the competition to take the family to that temple.

This is like when my friend told me an app he had an app he played music and gave points for cash my aunt questioned it does not do that and about month he ordered an Xbox battery pack without his mom's card for 5 dollars, he used the same app and I made 20 bucks for 2 months.
Even though Wad Goals is a good episode in my opinion, I will agree that Marge is a complete bitch in this episode. Seriously, it would be one thing if Bart was rigging the golf courses for maximum payment, but no, Marge had to screw Bart out of a good future. This is why I think that Homer is a better parent than Marge is, since despite his impulsive flaws, he is honest and not a judgemental hypocrite. Since she is a golfing student, I wonder what Lori would think of this episode?
