I liked them much better when the were. MM and the spooky kids, it was fun opening for them or Headlinining alternatate nights @ Washington Square back in thee early 90's and Jessika Fodera my paezan from Jack off Jill....Very dear to my heart time.....The release party @ squeeze was classic.....not to mention the first time they performed at the Culture room when they finished releasing Portrait......

He went quietly to his domain to console himself and heal from the terrible hurt thrust upon him and to mourn the tragedy of those days and the loss of those young lives. He emerged whole and mended with Holywood, a masterpiece.

I was here…it was filmed at the Grand Olympic Auditorium in Downtown LA. The very same week they filmed The Cult here in concert and I was at that performance as well. To see this arena show in a small venue was absolutely phenomenal…
I saw this very tour and it was SUBLIME. I've seen Manon six times. The first show I saw him was in Charlotte, NC...it was before Manon blew up...he was in a small club on INDEPENDENCE BLVD with Danzig and KORN....insane show at a tiny venue. Manson made it hard for the other two make a sound LOL
I went to the NIN concert with the Jim Rose Circus but MM was not the opener and so I must have miss him so how, but I have returned from the dead in a way no one could grasp and now I am all in on MM!!!🖤🖤🖤
Zim Zum is the best compser/john5 -best live guitar player of golden era of MM. Mechanical Animals is best rock album of late 90's for me.Sounds so good!!!Thnx for sound producer Michael Beinhorn! Love that times when twiggy pogo and ginger fish was together!
I prefer Antichrist as well. I was there in the 90s as a teen in high-school (class of 2000) when manson broke big. Top 3 album for me from that time period that still holds up today: Antichrist Superstar -MM Xtort - KMFDM Aegis - Theatre of Tragedy I still love (and own) every Manson album, despite the hate his newer albums get. But nothing will ever top Antichrist Superstar and the whole culture surrounding that time period.

Yes! I went to the live in this tour twice and everything was so great! John5 guitar was so amazing, and MM his voice and roar were incredibly powerful!!
he was for a little while. He was garbage when i saw him. lazy and inspired performance. Basically just farted about the stage. Granted this was about 2011. I heard the 90's shows were good.
@@rncine This was around the Born Villain era where he was basically always drunk. Given he was coming out of the other end of that shit show known as being in a relationship with Evan Rachel I can't quite blame him. Good album in my opinion, poor live performances.
Saw him live at Nokia theatre in Dallas Texas. EXCELLENT SHOW and the loudest concert I have ever been to. I swear it ruptured my left ear drum the next day my pillow had funk stained on it. WORTH IT!
He is like wine now he mature and changed like he is now different person. Still his art now and music is beautiful and new music style he is into now the new sound he is making from Pale Emperor till now and later it's beautiful.
bie zom I don’t believe it was dubbed over I think they just auto tuned it like a lot of his screams are better on the Live in LA version it’s just human here it’s impossible to sound as good at the auto tuned version
Thank you so much for this concert. Marilyn Manson is a band I truly regret never seen in concert. Never been to this facility either. Set List FM says this concert was on October 8, 2001 at The Grand Olympic Auditorium in Los Angeles. It just occurred to me that this was less than a month after the September 11 attacks. Security at this show must have been massive.
I feel the same way. I missed the Manson Era too. I was 11 at the time and just never thought about seeing him live since I already had his albums. That was my logic back then. But I just saw Rammstein In LA on the 23rd at it was amazing to say the least. It made me think of MM and a Marilyn Manson concert would be a whole other experience since I know all the songs and can sing along!
I was only 8 when this happened snd i didnt find out about manson till maybe i was 11 so like 2005 or 4ish but km glad i saw him in the era he was in. Manson will always be one of my favorite rockstars of all time.
i saw them on this tour : i took mushrooms before the show and it BLEW my MIND! Especially "CRuciFICTION in space"! Mr. Marilyn himself was in quite rare form that night, and it all felt so angry, sincere, dangerous, righteously indignant of the world waiting for us outside the venue's doors, and F U N! I will always feel like "Holy Wood" is the best Manson album, hands down, and the show was in my top 5 favorite shows. A funny thing after we all stumbled out of the big ass Arena it was in, and our group of friends made it back to the car, some of us were singing "DO Ya Love your GUNs--YEAH---And my Ass--Yeah---and my ASS---Fuck Yeah" cuz Mr. Manson kept playing with his ass in every conceivable way for "Sweet Dreams" and almost all of the other songs for the last few songs of the show, and he even started cracking up just a little bit after giving the audience his Brown Eye, totally bent over in the center of the stage, and fingering his hole right before "MOVIN' ON!!" It was great. ....ah, memories! :D \m/
No I’ve been to so many ! I have to say God,gun’s, government was good. I wasn’t really into Holywood but that show was excellent so many thing’s he copied from Skinny Puppy! Really

I wasn't born In 2001 I was born In 2003 so around the time of The Golden Age Of Grotesque Era which Is my favourite album of his. So I could of never see Manson In his prime If I went to any of his shows after the lawsuits It will be boring because he's not the same anymore with his voice and all the good band members that had talent are gone. Would of been cool to see MWG with the keyboard on a pogo stick and John 5 jumping up and down
