Been a Manson fan forever but I'm the first to say that Eat Me, Drink Me was half a good album and High End of the Low was his weakest ever. Born Villain and Pale Emperor were a return to form without having to be an imitation of his former self. Nothing wrong with saying he had a low spot. Opinions vary. I'm sure there are those that love the ones I wasn't to hot on. Always thought he was great and it was fantastic to see him come back full force.
Manson has never been known really for his voice but I love his acoustic works. One of the best songwriters/lyricists, if not the best, of the past 25 years. Consistently awesome over more than two decades in terms of songwriting.
I just love how he always comes up with something completely different and still sounds great. this song and this album is just amazing. and i don't care what others say about him he is just amazing

Wow... Marilyn Manson...over acoustics.... Well done, man. Very well done. Marilyn really took darkness to a whole new level with this. Over 20 years in the business and the music is still only getting better, like fine wine. Kudos to Manson, and all my dark brothers and sisters out there who keep this shit alive.
I feel like I'm just catching up with all this good music. But it certainly rings 2021 with the depth. It sounds as is he had to reach deep to give us that growl.. This is my one of my favorite song this year.
