1954 - "The Seven Year Itch" was the last movie Marilyn shot for the Fox under the "ancien régime" - very restrictive contract and pitiful salary (to the Hollywood standards).
It was a long time she had spotted the qualities of this play, which had obtained a big success in Broadway.
