College marching band was tougher than boot camp, but then I was a Navy submariner! Loads of respect for Marines, I could never do what they do physically. Flipping it though, I suspect most Marines could not make it through nuclear power school (class 7907). 🎉

I don't care if I look like an idiot working out. I used to have a deadlift in the 300's. I used to bench 185 for 6 reps and I know I weighed less than 185. 300 squat is tough, I maxed out at around 245. I was always a better deadlifter than a squatter. I maxed out at 95 pounds on the overhead press, it was one of my weakest lifts.

Even though I don’t plan on enlisting, I want to get strong enough that I would be ready in case my country calls me. Thanks for the benchmarks.

Thanks for the thoughts no one asked for, coward :) If you’re calling Brody and those who served “state terrorists” then you might want to grab your lifting info from Antifa or pick up a sign and head to your local college. There’s an adult skill you might want to look into as well (when you’re ready), it’s called, “reading the room.”
