Great to see the reconstruction of Mariupol. It exults hope. I really wish for peace. Common people suffers because of the politicians. It is great to see the cities rebuilt very fast and so nicely. Hopefully, peace will prevail soon everywhere. I'm American and I understand the conflict better than many here, as we were in Crimea in 1995 cleaning up WWII munitions when the military takeover happened, that no one seems to talk about in the news today. I hope people get settled in quickly, that the infrastructure is connected, works well, and will look forward to the day that the conflict will be in the past. It is great to see the schools updated for the children, the businesses opening up, and the new medical center. That's a massive, impressive amount of work that was done, and in such a short period of time! It looks beautiful! I hope to visit St. Petersburg, Moscow, Mariopol, and several other places in Russia. I like the architecture and the history there. I hope the renovations will continue, and that your city becomes better than you could've ever imagined. You've been through so much. I hope those in my government who breed hate leave. Our governments should get along. Most people I know don't believe the lies and garbage in our media, but a few do. I turned off cable TV here about 19 years ago, and I've never had any desire to allow it back in my home. Legacy media here in the US, and I imagine in most of the world, is a propaganda outlet for a few "Elites" in power who seem to be mentally ill, and cannot ever be satisfied with anything but total power over everyone on earth. Those people are pretty sick, and sadly, the money they acquire isn't enough for them, and they use it to start new wars. Anyhow, hopefully they'll be out of office here in the US next January 20th, when our president takes office, from the November election. You live in a beautiful city, and I hope it continues to get better and better. When I saw the videos of brand new buildings being constructed in Mariupol within 4 months after Russia took the city, I knew that The Ukraine stood zero chance in re-taking any significant areas. The confidence that Russia had in immediately doing major construction when 90 km away a war raged let me know all that I needed to about who would triumph in the conflict.

Your videos are more important than you think, they show the world the truth

I was in Mariupol about 12 years ago riding to the rural area through downtown, i felt i was located in a poorly developed village. Then war happened, my relatives were in the center of the conflict and escaped their homes, they tried to go to Russia but AZOV held them hostage for 1 week so they can use them as live targets. Luckily, they escaped and after a while some of them came back to the city and everything is thriving. They have better jobs, came back to their homes and do not fear for their lives.

This is quite a fascinating video to watch. Any news coverage on Mariupol has been completely disappeared from the pages and TV screens of almost all Western media outlets and watching this I can see why. Even if you oppose Russia's war on Ukraine you can't deny the fact that life isn't that worse for the people of Mariupol now compared to when it was under Ukrainian rule. What I find rather illuminating is that a lot of Ukrainian infrastructure has barely changed since the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991 and to me that says a lot. I think it partially confirms what I've been reading about Ukraine which is its government is not only corrupt and totally negligent in its administration of its cities and towns.
