I’m not a Nottingham Forest fan so I have no allegiance to them or reason to back them blindly, but let’s look at some facts that ALL of the media overlooked: 1) Mark Clattenberg, a former referee himself, admitted that he ‘had a gameplan to let Spurs self-destruct’ at Stamford Bridge in 2016 as he didn’t want any blame for our title hopes ending. He knew full well he could have sent off at least 2 of our players that night and so does everyone else who watched it. He chose not to. 2) Mike Dean, employed by the very same Sky Sports that employs Gary Neville, admitted that he failed/chose not to/declined to recommend that a ref reviews footage on the pitch side monitor to decide if Romero yanking Cucurella by the hair was worthy of a red card because ‘it had been a tough day for a mate’. Ok, it’s 2 instances out of however many games. But it’s still irrefutable proof that refs can at will decide if they will or won’t do their job to the highest level of integrity and honesty. Once it becomes public knowledge that this happens, that gives everyone reason to wonder how many times this has happened and it’s not come to light. It’s no different to a drug cheat in a particular sport, for example Ben Johnson getting caught juicing at the 1988 Olympics, or Antonio Margarito getting caught using illegal hand wraps before a fight.

Still waiting for the FA to bring charges against the director of Salford for bringing the game into disrepute.

Clattenburg, the ref that gave a penalty to Spurs v City and he admitted he guessed it was handball, as he couldn't see it, yet he gave a pen. The same Clattenburg that admitted giving UTD decisions because he was intimidated by Fergie. Excuse me if I don't fall for this victim card crap...

Really like your podcast having discovered it a couple of months ago, some great guests and you ask questions that are on our minds, you then listen without butting in which is fantastic, you are growing and as I have it you have a good business alongside it, everything seems to be pointing on the up for you Ben, so I then question....why set your guest up in this way with the lousy and incorrect title of the video just for a few thousand extra views? He exposes nothing at all around Gary and if anything you maybe risk now other higher profile guests rejecting your channel, I'm confused. You don't need to do this type of thing, your product is good, why ruin it so cheaply?

I remember when announcement was made I saw a comment from someone said this wasn't bizarre as Gary made it out to be because Rugby clubs and other sports do this as well only problem it new to football I don't know if it true if Rugby clubs hire ex referee I'm not huge Rugby fan
