When life gets busy and stressful, I like to slow things down and call myself back into the present moment by creating artwork that it simple, relaxing and fun. Simple marks and painting with just a few colors helps keep me mindful and focused on what I'm doing because I don't have to overthink anything. And since Christmas is just around the corner, I'm using colors I associate with the holidays to keep the painting timely as well. Enjoy sweet friends!
