Mark Sievers Trial Day 2 - Kevin Stout - Digital Forensic Examiner & Jennifer Kircikyan - Digital Forensic Specialist #MarkSievers #MarkSieversTrial #SieversTrial
Went to school with the judge; he was high of character back then, and still glad to see he is still high of character...he presided over a case I sat in on, was exactly the same way!!
I was confused on what the judge was saying in the beginning about how they are going about presenting their cases. Did he say that because the defense went through all those deleted messages? I didn't understand the point of that.
I love this judge. Funny moment at 1:59 when he sits way back in his chair and looks up at the top of a pointy flag pole like it's a dagger he's about to throw at both state and defense! LOL
I LOVE THIS JUDGE. HE IS AWESOME. HE KNOWS HOW TO GET THE JOB DONE. THIS JUDGE ROCKS!!!!! I HAVE NEVER HEARD A LESS PREPARED ATTORNEY. MR MUMMERT WOULD BE THE LAST ATTORNEY I WOULD HIRE. I KNOW HE DOESNT HAVE MUCH TO WORK FROM AS FAR AS MARK SEAVERS IS CONCERNED. GUILTY AS CHARGED
I attended this trial with interest to the oddities of natural doctors being strangely and suddenly dead across the country. I also had in the 70’s been a civil service employee in the county Prosecutor’s office where I lived and took courses at the county college in criminal justice to possibly advance my career. I instead began my family and never returned to my job. Now in retirement years, I felt compelled to attend this trial, it’s jury selection and watched both on the internet and a few weeks in person. I felt at the end as a 13th juror, that the jury selection process was very interesting, the trial process correct, the lawyers on both sides excellent with the evidence they were allowed to present. The Judge was in my estimation excellent in the jury admonishment, the questions and the process. He conducted himself the best on all sides and as a citizen I was reassured of the process. I could say much more about this trial and the other 2 connected to it but who cares? All lawyers seemed to do their best with the case as presented. Judge Kyle conducts himself as any citizen would hope a Judge would. He remained in charge with integrity on every oddity that presented itself. BRAVO. Very sad case overall.
@@platedlizard Stepmother, I think. Way after this there was a hearing for a retrial, and she was introduced as his stepmother. I'm waiting to see if she just straight up lays down on the bench. Be interesting to see if the judge calls her on it.
I do not understand why information that was clearly explained from a previous witness, must be fully and clearly explained again.. for instance, the UTC. I have seen different trials utilize a much better presentation of digital information. Bless the patience of all in this courtroom.
Has anyone else had issues with ad's through RU-vid? I watch 5 minutes and then I have an ad, I am used to a couple but I am 22 minutes in and I have probably had OVER 10 ads, very irritating!!
legendary1237 Were you watching on this channel or another one? Could be you clicked different coverage which shows ads. Just a thought - maybe check in your History?
This defense lawyer should have focused on discrediting and putting alternative explanations on the so-called coded messages...Instead he painfully belabors on the redacted pages, timeline, gadgets info, etc...
Ok, so the male state's attorney WAS my favorite of the two up until now, but he is being absolutely DENSE about the whole time zone thing. Seriously should have prepared better, because at this point he is probably just confusing the jurors.
I don’t see a problem with it, I get what he’s doing....maybe the jury did, too? Anyway, we weren’t there, we don’t know the background, and State’s Assistant Prosecutor Mr. Hunter did a fabulous job along with his partner, State’s Assistant Prosecutor Ms. Ross. This is only one witness, they got the blackhearted murderers put away, and that’s ultimately what matters to me!
I know the prosecution needs to connect the defendant and Wayne Wright but it would be more efficient to combine the text messages and calls and present them in chronological order. And someone needs to tell the prosecutors about the benefits of visual aids so they don’t lose the jury during the dry testimony. It appears that the attorneys didn’t follow the judge’s advice. Time to pack dinner!
Dont know but the air conditioning must be going on blast mode. Some people are just cold no matter what and the AC just is intolerable for them. Living in Arizona I wish I had that problem!
@pierreisna archille. Forgive me but what?????? I greatly enjoy comments and discussions about the trial and I went I sometimes comment more than once per clip and do not always proofread nor text but I have to ask you WhAt???? You lost me from comment one all the way to 6, 7, 8, ,10, ,20 or however many partial comments ending in and that you posted. But that's okay. You live your best life and keep on doing you,...... I guess.
If somebody has a laptop in the courtroom and there are police officers around, and nobody’s taking it from her, then I guess you can come to the conclusion that laptops are allowed in the courtroom. If you’re talking about the woman in the audience sitting behind the defense table, it’s my guess that she’s affiliated with their office, maybe a paralegal.
Is there shenanigans going on or is the judge being a baby? Judges do get impatient I've seen it first hand in a court room... but let's not forget people have to exhaust every possibility (especially if it's the defense who's life is on the line). This is MADNESS
It’s not madness....the judge is seeing big trouble between the two sides and right at the beginning of this case, and rather than let it get out of hand, he’s nipping it in the bud! After watching the horrendously long trial for the murder of Travis Alexander which needlessly went on for MONTHS bc it was the new judge’s first capital case and she was too scare of losing a future appeal, so the defense ran all over her. That ain’t happening here, and I’m loving this judge!
