Markievicz Award 2024 information clinic 

This information clinic is for artists interested in submitting applications to the Markievicz Award 2024. The Markievicz Award is a €25,000 bursary scheme for up to 10 artists from all backgrounds, artform and arts-practice areas. The award is designed to buy time and space for artists to develop new work that reflects on the role of women in the 20th century and beyond.
The award is administered by the Arts Council on behalf of the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media. The window for application opens on the 7 May 2024 and the deadline is the 6 June 2024 at 5.30pm.
