Long ago, the creators and viewers of RU-vid lived together in harmony. Then, everything changed when the FTC attacked. Edit: tbh, the FTC has applied this very well. That means they were knowingly collecting data on kids. That is what they got in trouble for. And they just pushed it off on creators, who have no control on the data collected.

funny thing is COPPA is the *worst* way to do it since COPPA, legally anyway, should not be able to do anything to the creators since they aren't the ones collecting info...which is what COPPA exclusivly does
