When I first got into NCT, I checked their profile online, and I was so confused when 127 had 2 main rappers and no lead rappers because a group has at least 1 of each position, but when I heard more of NCT’s songs, I finally understood why: they’re both too good for 1 of them to be a lead rapper. P.S. This whole comment is just one sentence (excluding this one).

MarkYong the only Rap duo for me. They are very versatile and make anything theirs. Possessive and riding the beat dirty. They are iconic. Wherever they are you know it's going to fire. They have this energy and skill so incomparable and unique. Well NCT period. It's why many cover or try to emulate what they do. But you can never be the original...👑💚💅☠

Yes, they make NCT unique from their senior groups. Before, SM never had hip-hop genre for a very long time after the late 90's and early 00's days, NCT 127, that mainly bring something unique to SM. But if we talk about NCT Rap Line that suits the hip hop companies like YG, AOMG, P Nation, or The Black Label, I would say Taeyong, Mark, Yang Yang, and Sungchan (this boy has a potential).

Amazing video but if you do a second part My Van and Mad Dog deserve a place in it. In my opinion My Van is one of the best nct song lyrically. Also a song where they had the chance to share their honest thoughts (under a company like sm thats not a normal thing)and show the hardships they go through from their perspective. Mad Dog on the other hand feels like purely Nct. Trippy beat with some confusing lyrics(you gotta be honest tho) a dramatic bridge part, at the end the feeling of what did i just listened to and pressing the replay button. It's like all nct songs in a blender.

Mad City hits different the lyrics are so powerful and the stares and their stage presence! I'm still sad I never got to witness it live 😭 but yeah I agree best rap duo and the backbone of NCT also the fact they write their stuff most of the time!
