Nice work. I’ve just started doing a bit of diving and I’m having some sinus problems as well. I’m able to equalise but once I go past 4m I get a lot of pressure around my forehead. At the end of each dive I get a bloody nose so I’m wondering if something has burst in my nose to cause the blood. Do you have any idea of what it is or how I can prevent it?
Hey mate , are you managing to equalise them at all ? it could be a lot of things but the bleeding is coming from a barotraumer situation, so pressure causing blood vessels to burst , this might just be cos you haven’t dived much before and I’m in no way a doctors , I’ve actually just come out of surgery having all my sinuses drilled out due to sinusitis. I will say if your unsure go see a specialist it’s worth it .
Question for you. As i can see you sport a moustache. When im in water im constainly fighting sealing issues with my mask which is pain in the arse. What mask are you using and is there anything i can do to help seal the mask up with facial pubes?? Cheers the noo.
Hahah it’s a good question, I’m using the cressi GoPro mask , some times it leaks sometimes it’s ok but I’ve used paw paw cream on the mo and that helped the seal .
