We get to the sweet 16#. I call this a successful second season for shaka even though I want them to go further We can beat michigan state We are the better team

I would certainly be bummed if we crapped the bed against Izzy but I’m already considering this a WILDLY successful season. First reg season big East champs outright, first Big East conf tourney champs and first big dance win since 2013. I wish we would’ve landed Shaka 10 years ago

@Ron Samson I feel like Marquettes team chemistry is perfect, & we're battle tested & the defense is relentless. I haven't watched Michigan State all year? I know they have the x Marquette player, so that's the only thing that worries me. You know how these basketball gods are sometimes, but we've won 10 straight, and we've peaked at the right time

@@erickthefantabulous1 basically MSU can beat anybody or lose to anybody, they've been very inconsistent, but when they are on fire they can be tough to beat. I imagine they will have their hands full against Marquette. Your team is looking really good and I would favor them slightly. But Izzy, the tourney experience of MSU and the rowdy MSU crowd in Ohio could end up evening the odds a little. I hope we are in for a fun game.

There was a lot of talk about Vermonts 3 point shooing, but MU's entire rotation except Oso can nail three's at a high clip including their 6'11" backup center.
