My mom put this movie on for me once. I don’t remember it, but she told me it scared me and. I feel like it probably wasn’t the Martians themselves, but rather the “nice planet. We’ll take it” scene.

Thar scene is where I knew I wasn't watching a movie, I was experiencing art.

I watched the movie when the aliens did the massacre and I was scarred/traumatized for life. I don't know if I have the bravery to watch again

There was something I noticed when re-watching Dexter last week. It usually happens when 2 characters are dating and one is about to break-up with the other one. The other one will come in and talk a bunch, usually in a good mood, while the one that's about to deliver the bad news is just sitting there not saying anything. Then, after they deliver a bunch of lines, all while the character sits there without responding the whole time, the other character finally slows down and asks something like "whats wrong". Seriously, it happens like 4 times in Dexter lol. Also, one thing that always cracked me up, and you mostly see it in cartoons or animated films/shows, is how when you see two people who look a lot alike, they're trying to tell you that these two are husband and wife, not brother and sister.

​@@undeadarmy19 Dexter is a great show to catch the seasons as they came out but not for binge watching for sure, with Dexter's repetitive relationship drama. Wish they had him learn to casually hookup and think that's easier fora while or something with Deb s.shaming him

Most people aren't. Found the lore when I heard of the Dinosaur Devil or "The Supreme Monstrosity" 😆 wished we got that movie. Or maybe a crossover like they did later on.

When I first watched this movie I thought Michael J Fox would be the main character. That went far 😂
