Hi Martha, I have a question about the Ice Cream/Cookie Scoops. I see so many different recipes that say use a scoop but how do you know what the sizes actually are. I love using the scoops so the cookies are all the same size. Is there any kind of Standard for them? My other question is about cookie sheets. When you say to put the Coconut cookie Dough, five cookies per sheet but could you let us know the size of the cookie sheet, please? Thanks for sharing so many wonderful Treats. what does double 0 flour mean

00 flour is used in pizza and pasta making. It is a very fine grind almost like baby powder in consistency and produces a very fine crumb and smooth doughs.

I am a longtime martha stewart fan since I saw the martha stewart show in the 1970s or 1980s. I really learn from her and she is a great teacher! Why must it be Italian Baking Powder. What is the “different taste” it has over American. Then I wondered why the Nobu pastry chef refused to make eye contact when talking to MS. Then it occurred to me maybe she’s not just terrible on camera but is perhaps on the spectrum?
