Jesus Christ son of the living God died for all mankind sacrificed for you me and the world that I appreciate no disrespect to Martin Luther or family but JESUS...His daughter Bernice on the other video said she was about to take her life something came over her and she said Jesus Christ saved her not Martin not momma not brother not sister but JESUS AND GAVE HER LIFE TO HIM GOD IS POWERFUL.... FOR GOD SO LOVE THE WORLD THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE.

When reporters do a civil rights story they try to end it on an awkward positive note - either "but you do think there's hope, don't you?" or in this case "the fact he died made him a bigger hero, right?" When Bothan Jean got assassinated, the positive note was "look how beautiful -- his brother forgives his killer."

Technically, Dr. King didn’t sacrifice himself. He didn’t know he was going to be assassinated. He was just at the wrong place at the wrong time. If he were still alive, he would have done a lot more good things in this nation. He didn’t deserve to die like that. Plus, his kids would still have their father in their lives.

So sad to see Bernice look around to see where her dad was and to still see the tears. I often wonder how the kids feel when the media and documentary shows continue to pray out actual events of the assassinations such as the King family and the Kennedys. I just dont know how they deal with it. I wish we could stop and think what if it were me. Would I want to see my loved one killed or contonue to here about it?
