i like this intelligent man. if only he could've kept his sexual passions in check and not cheat on his wife at every opportunity i believe he could've been a really GREAT person. but king's wrong about "anarchy." anarchy is a society where police-force or the state is no longer needed to keep order or protect people. anarchists understand anarchy isn't desirable UNTIL humanity has reached that level of empathy, compassion and cooperation in their world-view, mindsets and daily lives. we anarchists are trying to get humanity to that point. but we're always met with resistance, violence and hatred from the fascists who rule our planet.

What Ghandi ment by " the only alternative to fear is violence " if you are afraid then violence is your only alternative. If you are not fearful then you possess the inner strength to be resolve conflicts nonviolently. Dr. King said that just differently. And lastly if you have any doubts about me being a bhakt or anything whatever you may call it sorry to disappoint you I'm neither of them but I am a hardcore sanatani and follower of sanatan dharm I have many people to look after and in our culture there are many and they too was violent when needed. The quote of ahinsa which people say gandhi told them but it is from gita gandhi said Ahinsa Parmo Dharma but it's is incomplete and it's full version is "ahimsa paramo dharma, dharma himsa tathev cha" which means "nonviolence is ultimate dharma, so too is violence in service of dharma." And judging from your rant towards him shows how much you people are filled with hate and talking about gandhian values you should manifest those Gandhian values into your life then lecture others dumbo.
@Baisla10
@Baisla10 4 года назад
Ashish Thakur look I know and acknowledge that violence in order to protect yourself is a natural right of any human or that to say even every animal . But there are two things to understand , I also understand some decisions that Gandhi took were not good for us but when you show ur sef as as a sanaatni dharam rakshak first of all I have no idea what that means second of all when you use religion to try to justify voilence then u have no difference between you and a jihadi who does the same thing , now second of all you are trying to justify the killer of Mahatma Gandhi shows exactly how much you loved or admired the life and message of the life of Mahatma Gandhi. Even if he had a reason , it’s not justified as the ISIS terrorists and the Kashmiri militants also have a cause and a reason to assassinate people even if u have studied study the struggle of IRA against the British or the struggle of Hagana against the British and Arabs to establish Israel. How on earth can you justify the killing of the most peaceful human being ever born on the face of this earth and if ur actually and admirer of Indian history and culture then see for yourself what it was not what you wanted it be Ashoka was Ashoka the tyrant when he killed more than 300,000 thousand people in kalinga battle , but he became Ashoka the great when he gave up violence. We should be ready and prepared to defend ourselves at all times but greatness comes from benevolence and only hatred comes from tyranny.

@@skd2697 Gandhi was greatest advocate of " Ahimsa" or non- violence. It is his leadership that led to freedom of India, because his non- violence technique was so novel the the British government in India just didn't have a weapon do deal with non- violent method which not only galvanised the whole of India but had many followers outside, the British lady Mira Behn, Herman Kallenbach ,Rev Henry Pollock, later Martin Luther king Jr & many more, violence is a very limited weapon ,& violence produces more of violence only. Just as hate will end in hate. It is because Gandhi identified with India 's poorest of the poor, methods that he applied were Satyagaha ,non- cooperation ,Spinning of Kadi, using vernacular so that those who that those who had studied in native language could understand, & also he wrote in English so that the international community could also become acquainted with his unique thoughts, ideas, & innovative techniques. He always looked at a bigger picture or adopted the way which was more sustainable not a narrow approach, violence or fear itself is destructive & shall not lead any constructive gain. The assassination of Gandhi gave Nathram Godse nothing at all, today also the name of Gandhi is known through out the world, biographies are written on him all over the world, Institutes of Gandhian thought pervade, while men like Godse have no name ,he shall only be cursed by all peace loving generations to come. There is not even a statue of Godse in Maharastra but Gandhi's statues are found all over the world. Godse was hanged to death and Gandhi was given the title of the father of India. All presidents ,Prime ministers of the world visit" Raj Ghat" ,to pay tributes to this giant, but Godse name shall always besmirched by his act. Gandhi's name ,acts, paths shown by him, his sacrifice shall remain immortal, but no one gives a hoot to who Godse was. It was because Godse feared, that's why he was promted to violence, while Gandhi showed no fear at all in his dealing with the Colonial government so that the Viceroy Lord Louis Mountbatten not only agreed with Gandh but became his friend & admirer. People can't be led by violence but through love & simplicity.

@@skd2697 My simbple answer to this explanation is that you also read the three books ,highly researcher (refering to archives ) by Dr. Ram Chandra Guha, 1Gandhi before India 2 India after Gandhi 3 The years that changed the world: 1914 to 1948. Also if you defend Godse you demean some of Indian great leaders who were really the backbone of our independence movement such Gokhale ,Patel ,Nehru,Abdul Kalam Azad. You know that if I read Godse's " why I killed Gandhi" then like fool I would have to read Adolf Hitler's"Mein Kampf "( My life), That man how was responsible for the death of 6 million Jews in cold blood, started the WW II which led to the death of 50 million people. So far as possible I prefer reading who canbe judged by actions & thoughts that they are truthful.

@@skd2697 I am also not so gullible to base my judgement British PM Attlee opinion, though I respect him. Again have suggested you those books because they tell the story of umpteen sacrifice. Mr.Bose , navy rebels , Godse had never tranquility & patience with incidents around them & therefore they reacted remember spirituality begins with respect each & every thing even flora & fauna,rivers. It is the Hindu dharma itself. Hindu dharma itself preach pantheism that is love for all. But all religions get distorted. You must question yourself whether Gandhi was a man of God or Godse, & if you still are in doubt, then even Hinduism with its great expanse & secular outlook won't help you.

It's "eye for an eye" not "eye for a leg" or whatever else. Night King Yeah except in this case this isn’t a rumor based thing. It’s one of those things that are true but history decides to ignore. Dude literally slept on beds next next to naked young girls, one of which happened to be his own niece. Shit’s disgusting. I’m telling you to look up everything because they’re not rumors at all. So no brains washing happening here or whatever bullshit. The media doesn’t even portray the horrible things he did

Churchill was racist I agree with that He has told lots of bad things about indians but u should consider the age he was in He was born in 1874 the Victorian age Where racism as per today's standards were everywhere When the law itself treated other races with inequality you don't expect the ppl of the age to do the same You need a revolution to do that which was the great civil rights movement and all other great movements And there were almost no groups which demanded equal rights for blacks

Put "violence" in this context of protecting ones self, and that's exactly what it is - Protecting yourself. Society will try to tell you by showing pride and protecting yourself, your somehow not patriotic. So bow to the racism to show your patriotism! It's not racism, it's reacting to racism. Non violence doesn't work.
