Client Marty Palbykin brought us his new Outlaw Twin Turbo, 522 Cubic Inch Noonan 4.9 Hemi Powered Corvette Pro Mod. It was supposed to come for just wiring, but we ended up Plumbing and doing many other things to “Turn Key” the project for him. This video is a progress report of sorts for him to see our work to date.
Custom MoTeC M150 Vehicle Management System with included MoTeC 7 inch Color Driver Display, 30 Channel Power Distribution Module, 15 Way Driver Keypad, 24 Channel MoTeC E888 I/O Expansion Module, Ballenger Motorsports AFR500CAN Lambda Modules, 16 850 lb/hr Billet Atomizer Racing Fuel Injectors, RaceGrade IGN1A 20 amps per coil Ignition System, Custom Tuned By Shane T 60-2 High resolution Crank Trigger, 12 tooth Driveshaft Trigger, MSEL CAN Enabled Pro Battery Isolator, Braille Lithium Ion 16v Battery, Tial Wastegates and Blow Off Valves, Forced Performance 98mm Turbochargers, Loop Research Laser Ride Height and Track Temperature Sensors, M&M Transmission, shifter and Lockup Torque Converter. Chassis fabrication and Rolling chassis by Works of Arc fabrication, Wiring by GP Motorsports.

It seems like it gets really fun when you can build a tube chassis and put any motor you want in it, and build around that. Then you get to implement all the sensors, co2 systems and ecu I/o to control it the way you want. The way you use pwm for boost control and traction is very cool. It’s like you map the cars character in 1’s and zeros.

Very cool, nice work! You using just the crank trigger wheel only for trigger inputs or you also using the hall effect sensor for home on the fuel pump adaptor housing, or is that for something else?

The sensor on the fuel pump extension tells us which half of the cycle we are on, the one on the crank tells us engine position.
