You made the right decision by only increasing the tyre width by 20mm I plan to install the 215/75/R15 which I believe is the best Pray that I get my Jimny soon.
Absolutely right, it’s different product, one shd not compare Jimny and Thar…. Snorkel information is new to me, before this no RU-vidr shared this information.. quite genuine and practical review 👍
I read one article that Jimny is overpriced in India as compared to Japanese domestic market. 1.5 K15B engine comes in Indian 5 door version but Japanese domestic version has .6 ltr turbocharged engine and ADAS features. Comparatively Jimny in Japan costs 8.1 to 9.5 lakhs and considering the cost of lengthened wheelbase, 1.5 engine but saving on engine components like turbocharger, intercooler etc and ADAS, Jimny 5 door in India do not justify the additional price.
This is a beautiful mini off-roading toy from Suzuki... middle seat row is not comfortable at all and not suggested for long drives. Boot space is too less for such an expensive vehicle.
New tyre will void warranty….mileage is very poor, with new tyres it’s even more worse, engine is already underpowered , it will be bad with wide fat tyres
I was/am one of 1st to Book a Jimny, still haven't heard from the dealer? For what its worth, may now give up the idea of a 4x4 and consider the Comfort & bit of Luxury, this I say having owned 5 Gypsy's in my life time. Now looking at the Kia Carens-AT Prestige +7 @ about 18.8Lacs with loaded features and extra room, as I only need 5 seats, compared to the Jimny Alpha AT with only 4 seats @ about 17.8 Lacs, with poor mileage. The Maruti Babu's really messed this up. I wonder how many Jimny bookings were actually Cancelled?
Do we have to change the rims of the tyre as well to fit 215 size tyres? Can we get the tyres changed while taking the delivery by paying extra for the 215 size tyres?
No rims are not to be changed brother. No brother you can not get the tyres change at the delear ship .As you have to get it outside from a tyre shop .Thanks for comment.

Wonder how much these people are being paid to give positive reviews.very cleverly they want people not to compare it with the that.come on guys this car at 17.7 lacs for top model is just too much.comparing it with Australian prices sardar ji in India we earn in rupees.this car is overpriced by 3 lacs in any model u take I'd rather buy a Suzuki grand vitara automatic entry model on road for 15 lacs.
