How capable Jimny is !Am so obsessed with Jimny and feeling so sad of decline in the sales of Jimny a real SUV is beaten by Jacked up hatchbacks.Whats happening with our car community ?
Earlier people rejected wagon R over Santro,but later people realised the strength of Wagon R.Everybody knows success of WagonR. I hope Jimmy will pull ahead later.I own jimny zeta manual and having overall average of 15km/L over 8000km mixed highway and city drive. On hills it performs well on narrow and mud trails
Jimny is far superior than thar when it comes to off-roading due to high power to weight ratio. This can go to places where thar can not even imagine to go.
Such a wonderful machine.. so much capable.. it is sad that people don't consider this an SUV.. although it is one of the most real SUV.. its just not like those bulky not so capable hatchbacks which many uneducated fools nowadays consider SUV or feel how an SUV should look like.. it is just sad.. this machine is a beast when it comes to real off roading..
I am really sure, if this was in the size of a 2007 Pajero and if the diesel option was available for Jimny, it would have really overtook the Thar's sales. 😪😪😪

Jimny is a very capeable 4x4 suv which can get over any kind of obstacles easily. M super happy and thankful to god that i got one and i am enjoying it every bit every day.jimny rocks ✌️😍
When Maruti honestly released Jimny of its own segment, people even who've never tested Jimny started irrelevant comparisons with Thar. We can define the main objective to have Thar is its road presence and grandeur showoff. And Maruti made Jimny for practicality and usability. And initial overpricing may also be a reason for low sales
thats true demonstration of ; for what this vehicle is designed for. not only for ladakh desert but any terrain. Hope people understand its true potential. Moreover its petrol so no cold starting problems. not dpf shit to deal with. Less parts as no turbo so less to fix.
It’s light weight, compact, 4x4…it can easily just walk through obstacles easily! I knew this was a phenomenal car in offroading. It’s just Indians who thinks that just cuz it’s small with small tires and Maruti. The real ones don’t judge by these things.
Always had apprehension about the Jimny. But this video makes me want to own one😀. The road presence is non existent but sometimes it’s a blessing to have a pocket mountain goat than a haathi! Will broader tyres work though.
This is capable car though its longer but its not wide enough to get 3 people sit comfortably at the back. Maruti should offer us the 2 door version of it because it will be more fun while offroding
Kindly make an Off Roading comparison video between Jimny and Alto K10. May b seems like a bizzare request but many of us in India and specially in hills always drive the Alto in perfect off-road like situation. So it will be very nice to see if an Alto will drive by an expert for a proper off-road and give us a chance to judge Alto how much it is capable in off road.

But petrol is the only option..If it gets a diesel, it would perform even better. Torque is much needed for any off-road going vehicle. A diesel is a diesel is a diesel❤
The fact is maruthi jimny sales go down in january 2024. Only 163 cars sold. And mahindra sold more than 6 thousand thar in india on January. Maruthi should rethink about the pricing of jimny. Too expensive for a car with less features comparing to its competitors
It's capable but it's puny for many people including me, it doesn't have that tractor pull of a diesel engine, i can't fit in the rear seats. It's overpriced for its size but the good advantage is that solid front axle just like Gurkha bs4.

Real offroaders know jimny potential even before it ever came to indian market. Just watch carwow for example. They don't need to pay someone to prove something that's already been proven countless times by foreign youtubers infact Matt Watson who's one of biggest car journalist and owns a Porsche GT3 RS also owns a Jimny.
Remember there is no legroom space at all in rear seat. Rich guys can buy as secondary vehicle but normal people cannot buy it as family car. Just make the passengers suffer when they travel in rear seat.
Surprisingly it can be used as a family car… I take my family for high way runs now n then… not that much of an issue… but in our Thar it was an issue… Enginewise thar beats d Jimny on highways… but comfort n convinience Jimmy is more practical.. 5 door thar my change it…but we will have to see a T offroadility n price
@@Joemathew-zc3pg no problem to you since you keep driving. Next time sit in rear seat during the whole journey for 7hrs-8hrs in the rear seat.. make ur old parents also to sit there. Then you will understand reality.
