#MotorBeamers, can the Hyundai Venue eat into Maruti Vitara Brezza sales?

I own the brezza for a year and driven it around 18000 kms So pros and cons which i feel about my car are :- Pros 1. Maruti service network 2. Reliability 3. After sales service 4. Resale value 5. Mileage ( I get around 21-22 kmpl during long highway rides) 6. Looks it looks like a proper suv 7. Space Cons 1. Turbo lag 2. Lack of power on highway specially during highwat overtakes 3. Build quality and plastic quality of the interiors 4. Ride quality 5. Handling (the steering doesn't weighs during triple digit speeds and it feels dead at centre) But overall it is a good car from maruti and is a value for money product ...

Only one pro I know is - It is not on a Heartattack platform relatively safer than othe cars with Heartattack platform 😓

Pros: It is a Maruti(After Sales Service) Cons: It is Maruti(Tin can label)

I am a Vittara Brezza ZDI+ owner since 2years and runs 27000 kms. Happy with the performance of the car Except the Turbo lag 😉 And happy with the cars crash test of 4star🌟 🌟 🌟🌟 Rating in Global Ncap

Dear Faisal your work is commendable. Love all your reviews. Cons First so:. 1. NvH Levels specailly low speed and bad roads. 2. Steering is on the heavier side and doesn't weigh up at higher speeds. 3. Rear seat under thigh support. 4. Cant open the boot from the inside. Now for the long list of pros:. 1. Does not look like other chopped off Sub 4 meter crossovers like, venue, xuv300. 2. Though there is turbo lag but once u get used to it, turbo kick ins make overtaking and driving fun 3. Despite of its lighter weight feels planted and sheet metal is ok no that flimsy. Scored a NCAP 4 ... 4. Kitna deti hai me ...all other cars of the segment start sweating at the numbers. 5. Steres system is good. 6. Braking is good. 7. Cost of ownership is very reasonable. 8. Lot of mods available . And the list goes on.

my breeze will complete its 1 year and run almost 16000 on 8 aug , there are some happy, and sad moment I am going to share with u about my BREZZA ZDI+ LOVE+ 1-its look like a car made for new generation. 2- headlight look crystal clear and attractive at night 3- sound quality is amazing 4- when u cross 2000 RPM its feel like u r in a sport mode sudden kick 5- visibility from front seat measure + point 6-5 people can easily adjust 7-large boot space 8- first time I see any Maruti car build, u can trust on it scored 4**** in crash test 9- navigation 10-attractive black alloy 11- city average 17.5 in AC highway average 23.6 in ac always 12- yes auto headlight and auto wiper and it feel luxury HATE--- 1- when u drive it in city u have to change gear again and again 2- no NO DRL they only give ugly bull horn light don't know why? 3- only 2 airbag , competitor offering 4,6 4- its have navigation but not as smart 5- when u cross any bad road it will shake u inside 6- no sunroof 7-interior is not attractive , ys its simple but quality is cheap 8-its speed consol look like very cheap 9- when I drive u can easily hear out side engine noise 10-fog lamp should b led , 11-sound quality is amazing but car speaker start cracking at high volume BUT I LOVE IT FOR ME ITS A KEY OF HAPPYNESS

One more con... there is no boot release latch under the seat... if u want to open it you should put the key in your poket go behind and click the button near the tailgate...(I own a ZDI+ model) One more pro u missed is... 4🌟 NCAP

I agree with the bad plastic interiors but the driving has it's own unique feel. Getting this close to an suv feel from a maruti is a great thing. I am tall but my brezza does fine.... during long road trips yes there is some discomfort but honestly I am fine with the high seating height and it's a big improvement for me from the Baleno

I drove both venue and breeza but really I must say that Venue was way better. Superb handlings, pickups etc. My choice is Venue over Vitara😊❤👍❤

In 2.5 years, I completed 90,000km. Pros- Its appearance is great, nice features, large ground clearance are more helpful, boot space is better, and the services are excellent. Con - Riding quality is very very bad. after 100km ride i am geeting backpain. The engine is not much powerful. 2nd row of the car doesn't get good space.

We have one, purchased a year before. Done allmost 27 thousand km On 2nd day from delivery of the car was turning off automatically without reason for 2 3 times Headlights were not properly working 👎

I don't understand why everyone complain on build even after 4 rating in ncap, literally it's the 3rd safest car in india, 1. Toyota yaris, 2. Nexon, 3. Brezza. I own a brezza and it actually looks solid unlike 800's or other smaller ones

Pros- This car is fabulous in performane. It does not sounds that is has small engine. The car feels airy and spacious Cons- It does not has rear ac vents and sunroof which is disappointing. The cars like grand i10 i20 and venue they all have rear ac vents. In this amount of price maruti has to offer atleast rear ac vents.

On the design front in my opinion breeza design is classic and endless everyone will like it , where ecosport , the Ford is struggling to make it update what all there giving to make it fresh 🤓

Using this for three years now. Open road it is good. Even on small hump or badly built speed breaker in city the vehicle will through me from left to right like an angry elephant. If you have some body pain this vehicle will make it worse . If your city has good roads then this is the best vehicle for this price.

I hanve driven my brezza diesel vdi. 40000 kms and the engine is very noisy and doesn't have power below 2000 rpm and the dash board is very basic but it looks osm from outside 💓

Other than the ride quality everything else is good. It's the best fun to drive car in this segment for sure. The handling is brilliant. And performance is similar to other cars in the segment. It's only the ride quality which isn't good.

No problem except turbo lag but Brezza is also suitable for tall people and give you a nice drive in higher speeds

Issue is the ride quality which is stiff, And bigger issue is even if the ride quality is stiff there's no concept of handling.

There is better car than brezza but no one can still match the sales.

Major Cons* No DRSs, Maruti failed to hide exhaust/silencer pipe underneath , Wrong position of front doors inside door handles-creats pseudo sturdyness of doors, Diamond cut alloys missing even in ZDi Plus, Low grade dashboard plastic, Poor fit & finish of cabin front portion, Lack of soft touch materials inside cabin, No 4/6/7 airbags options, Stephney with non-alloy wheels in ZDi Plus. Lack of petrol engine.

Long പോകുമ്പോൾ 23, 24 ഒക്കെ കിട്ടും. All the good things aside, how safe it is? The steel aluminum used is not rugid & strong as on Tata cars. Not a biased comment 🖐

All negative comments by those who either purchased some other car and regretting their decision for not buying brezza or those who really just go by heresay. Brezza is a gem of car and value for money product. Specially for those who declared it a tin can just wait and compare any competetor car after 10 years it scores much better.

Turbolag is contained well.

I absolutely hate suzuki and I'm a Tata fan but the boxy design of the Brezza has it's own charm and I quite like it. What they have to do now is, introduce the DDiS 225 and the new petrol from the ciaz, into the Brezza and improve the *PATHETIC* interior quality ( including the average sound system ), introduce a 6 speed for the DDiS 225 which will allow the engine to remain calm on the highways. That would be an all rounder package.

The touch screen is now dated. No rear AC vents.

The first paid review from Faisal Bhai, he said Brezza has better space Faisal bhai Lol...🤣🤣, I think in terms of space WR-V is best and in my thoughts EcoSport is the best value for money in compact segment. Brezza is so dated and looks boring.

It would be better if it was a 1.6 liter diesel or 2.0 liter petrol
