Rules explanations/clarifications/mistakes: 1. Black Widow bypassed the Hydra Patrol side scheme at the start of the play. She told me she was too smart to fall for that scheme, and I wasn't one to argue. ;) 2. At 12:22, I gave myself an acceleration token instead of an encounter card. I think in the long run, the acceleration token was worse.
This is my favorite game and I get it to the table more than any other, but I am still kind of a little scared to try expert mode. I think I really need to take the plunge! Great video!
@writerguy911 If it's not already obvious, it's my favorite game too. I find the most relaxing is Standard mode, and Expert to really test the deck. Thanks for watching and enjoy your game! :)
I haven't taken out BW in a long time. Last aspect I used was protection and was liking it. Definitely will try this match up. Thanks for the great play as always. I think its nice to not have a nemesis show up during shadows of the past because your nemesis is the villain :D.

Love your videos! What are your favorite hero/aspect combos? I'm still fairly new and wondering if keeping heroes with their prebuilt aspect is the best route.
@Charlie Pemberton Thanks for watching! My favorite heroes are Captain America and Dr. Strange, closely followed by about all the others. ;) Due to my play style, I lean towards aggression and Captain America works great with that aspect. Dr. Strange, well he works great with any of the aspects. :) Starting out, and for solo games, Aggression and Justice seemed to work best for me. Once you get some plays in, Leadership is very powerful ... but don't knock protection either. They all have their strengths! Good luck!
Another great video - quick question. When you have a preparation card in play do you have to use it when the required actions happens? Eg if you have attacrobatics in play, do you have to use it the first time a boost card is played or can you hold onto it and use it when you want to?
@Matthias Maccebeus You would do everything else on the card and since the nemesis didn't come into play, the card would trigger a surge. Still pretty bad!
