Fun Fact: While the "Micro" disk at 0:46 is an obvious reference/foreshadowing to Punisher's sidekick/tech support Linus "Microchip" Lieberman, he was also mentioned in "Agents of SHIELD" Season 2, Episode 7 "The Writing on the Wall" as a hacker associate of protagonist Skye. Here's hoping he shows up in "The Defenders"! :)
Netflix didnt cancel it, Marvel did. Marvel cancelled all of them because their deal with netflix ran out and they didnt renew it because Disney+ was coming out and hopefully they will renew them soon.
"They'll blame it all on Vietnam. And they'll be right. And they'll be wrong. I know what the world needs now. Same thing it's needed all along. I walk off the Brooklyn rooftop and into the future. A future full of screams and bullets, and bad men dying in the ancient dark. And I show the world a face not made by God." - The Punisher: The Tyger.
i wonder if frank burning his house down is a reference to when frank teamed up with Rachel Cole cuz in that comic frank had her burn pictures of her husband cuz her emotions was slowing her down.
well thing is there is a video game sequel called "The Punisher" tom jane even voiced the punisher and there was a movie sequel and tom jane was to join up but didn't like how the story would go so he left the project afterward it was dropped instead it turned in to punisher war zone.
Wow, that monologue at the end spoilt what would've been a nice scene. That actress has no emotion in her voice what so ever, so dull. However the foreshadowing of micro, and leading on to the actual punisher series was well done.
Frank meets a man named David Lieberman who is a tech god technically. He was also "killed" by the same people who tried to take out Frank. They team up in Marvel's The Punisher. There is even a reference to this scene.
