Here's my new Luke Cage and Iron Fist video. Let me know where you want Marvel to use them in the upcoming series and movies first! Here's my new Thunderbolts Teaser Trailer video too! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-QiMxwtPprMs.html
I only really watched the Iron Fist show and always thought the actor they used was a great choice , just that the show was a little under developed . I will now go back and watch the rest of the Netflix stuff !
Whats crazy is im literally in the middle of watching Luke Cage season 1. Such a great show, Mike Colter OWNS that role and I hope they do bring him back!
It was the 3rd best of all those shows behind the Punisher and Daredevil. I hope they continue where they left off. Superhero street boss, the new king of Harlem.
@@youreagoddamngenius9099Bruh... you know what, I ain't mad at you. Luke cage, with the character development, amazing and complicated villains (they should not have killed Cottonmouth) all this to a killer beat (the soundtrack)... it really is #1.
Having Iron Fist and Colleen Wing show up in a Shang-Chi sequel makes perfect sense because of the K'un Lun and Ta-Lo similarities along with the Heroes For Hire team. I hope we get a show with Shang-Chi's sister, Xialing leading the Ten Rings. The Heroes For Hire might fit into that show, too.
The Luke Cage series was completely slept on during the first run… only once it was gone people wanted it back… it was arguably one of the best MCU series… period. Now bring on the Harlem Hero for Hire!! 🙌🙌🙌
Season 1 was a bit all over the place but season 2 was fantastic and such a step up. Props to Cheo Hodari Coker and all the writers for actually listening to criticism and fixing their mistakes on season 2.
What? Season 1 was.....off but 2 was great and I appreciated it well before it was 'gone'. Not sure about your perspective. I wanted to keep it. It was waaaay better than Iron Fist.
I am crying. I couldn't be happier for both Finn and Mike. They deserve this so much. With Charlie, Krysten, and Jon back, it's only right both Finn and Mike return. To do otherwise is an injustice worthy of Nelson/Murdock.
I liked Finn Jones as iron fist. I may have not liked his show but that episode when Danny showed up in Luke Cage was 🔥🔥🔥I want a heroes for hire tv show on Disney plus
Now this is fantastic news. Hope it really works out. I enjoyed seeing Luke Cage and Iron Fist together. So cool when they’re fighting together and Danny would duck behind Luke to shield from bullets.
I hope that person who accused Finn of "not training" while filming 18 hours a day, plus being sick when he first started filming is now eating lots of Rhamen. Finn did train for season two and The Defenders, plus Luke Cage. So please. Stop with the gossip.
@@diannebdee The criticism is valid, for Danny to be some legendary dragon defeating Martial artist the fight scenes sucked. Clean up the choreography & hire better writers, I wouldn't mind if they just recast Iron Fist.
He'll never be good enough. He only had 6 months training. Wesley Snipes had 20 years before Blade. Colleen Wing was obviously a better fighter than Danny & that's not good enough.
@@diannebdeeYeah Finn "trained" and the results on screen showed. He's just bad at it. Charlie Cox had no fight training until Daredevil and he has some of the greatest fight scenes of the last 10 years in any movie or show, in particular his one take long form fights. Finn Jones is so uncoordinated they have to chop up a 2 min fight with 30 different cuts. Corridor Digital did an excellent breakdown of his fight scenes, just embarrassing to watch.
thank god i actually watched Luke cage in summer 2022, i am excited for Luke Cage's return more so than Iron Fist, cause who knows if they'll actually give iron fist a show again given the recent major shake ups so it's quite the conundrum
@@IDiggPattyMayonnaiseI'd still rather rewatch ironfist than 90% of what Marvel has put out in the past 4 years (exceptions being hawkeye, shang chi and spiderman NWH).
@@IDiggPattyMayonnaise So much yes to this. I’m not certain why he was cast and I am absolutely uncertain why they’re bringing him back. I’ve seen wet paper bags that can do choreographed fighting better. You put it up against Mike’s, Luke Cage, and it just gets worse. Maybe if Finn has been practicing martial arts and acting since defenders, there might be a chance. I highly doubt it. 😮
Jessica Jones was my favourite hero from the Netflix series. I'm just hoping she doesn't get relegated to "supporting character" just because she doesn't have a cool marketable superhero name.
The first 2 comic books I ever owned were both called "Power Man and Iron Fist." And I LOVE the chemistry between Finn Jones and Mike Colter. I really look forward to seeing that again, but leveled up.
What I would do is reintroduce Luke Cage into the MCU in Captain America 4 along with Misty (make her Sams love interest) and Diamondback (which would fit Serpent Society story). Then I would reintroduce Ironfist in Shung Chi 2, then do a Heroes for hire with Luke and Danny after that which would lead to Defenders sequel inside the MCU with an appearance by Spiderman (if im allowed) or another streetlevel hero that wasnt available previously through the whole Netflix-Disney thing
I've said it before Iron fist is such an underrated character. And can't wait to see him back, Rand Enterprises is huge things with Marvel. Personally I would like to see both Danny Rand and Orson Randall. Bring Iron Fist WW2 story in with Captain America and Wolverine
I thought Finn Jones was great as Danny Rand. I never understood the hate he received. I definitely want him back, and I think a Heroes for Hire show with Danny and Luke would be a great way to do it.
I’m glad marvel is bringing back iron fist and Luke cage. The marvel Netflix shows were good. I mean season 1 iron fist took a while to get started but season 2 markedly better. I was hoping for a season 3. Luke cage on the other hand, nothing need be said…. Let’s get the gang back together.
Once DD and PUNISHER stuff start to wrap i really want a heroes for hire. My favorite moments were when rand and luke teamed up, also rand needs to be more light hearted like the comics
I just hope a heroes for hire series gets the green light. Luke and Danny's chemistry was awesome to watch. Also some great supporting characters in Coleen Wing and Misty Knight
I didn't mind his version of Iron Fist, in fact to some degree I became invested in seeing how his story played out. So I am glad they will bring him back and give it a chance. With some better writing I think he could do well with the Character. 🍻
I like Finn Jones, but hommie best have been in the dojo for the last couple years if he doesn't want to be laughed off screen and ridiculed again. He got done dirty on the original series, without enough training and time to learn martial arts, according to everyone I've heard comment on it that had worked on or been associated with the show. I hope Jones can really find his footing (or fisting, I suppose, lol) and be redeemed as Iron Fist. If he can't, we all know Jessica Henwick can certainly act and seems to do action scenes really well, so there is hope either way.
Iron Fist is my favorite of the Netflix MCU shows. I hope he gets a full on TV show with Colleen Wing. The last season had me pumped from the final scene and I was disappointed that they didn't continue it.
I'm doing a rewatch right now of all the Marvel Knights (Netflix) shows and so far everything that I've seen that the MCU has put out doesn't even come close to some of these shows... I don't have high hopes for anything MCU these days except Daredevil: Born Again. It really worried me that they wouldn't hire any of the original crew back the original fight choreographer etc. I mean Chris Brewster came out and said how different the show's going to be and it really worries me that they had to go out of their way to hire Deborah Ann Woll and Elden Henson and perform reshoots because those characters were not included... This is also not a secret but it's why Jon Bernthal wanted nothing to do with the show in the beginning. They were begging him to come back throwing ridiculous amounts of money at him he would not come back until it was to his liking and the characters were done right especially the Punisher ie no woke bullshit that is literally destroying Marvel as we speak as much as some people don't want to talk about it, It is and some of the actors are starting to realize this big time.
Iron Fist season 2 is really where the show was hitting its stride and that ending was wild and was really going into more niche/deeper comic territory before it was cancelled.
I wanted to watch Luke Cage and iron fist but then they got canceled before I started the show. Now that they have returned I am definitely going to do some watching to catch up.
nice to see these two (along with Colleen and Misty) brought into the MCU. Heres hoping that Finn's fighting or his stand-in filming is better this time around. I'm so happy Mike Colter is coming back too.
I loved Iron Fist in the comic books. The thing they really missed in the tv show was that he was hilarious. Even though I loved him one of the funniest things I ever saw was during Secret Wars, he actually punched the Beyonder and he was so shocked. The Beyonder says ''That hurt!' Then he touches him with his finger and goes 'You do not exist!' and Danny just goes 'Poof'
I loved the Luke Cage show, and the actor was great. He was even better with Krysten Ritter aka Jessica Jones. However, I think Finn Jones was weak as Iron Fist. Still, if they can write him as he was handled on Defenders that could work that and Heroes for hire!
This is awesome news. I personally really enjoyed the Luke Cage series. I also enjoyed Iron Fist but you can definitely see the disconnect with the budget Iron Fist got given that it was supposed to have its first season before Daredevil got its 2nd season. I honestly think everything was there, Iron Fist just got shortchanged. But I always thought the "Immortal Weapons" and the "Tournament of the Seven Capital Cities of Heaven" would make for a good adaptation within Shang-Chi film. I personally would start Luke Cage off with either his own series or within the Heroes for Hire series sans Iron Fist and pick up Iron Fist's story returning to K'un L'un... restoring K'un L'un and then competing in the Tournament. I would have Shang-Chi's sister reach out to Shang-Chi and explain that she wants to meld her empires together; their father's empire of the Ten Rings and the underground fighting empire she had started on her own. And with the help of their Aunt they want to reach out to the other "realms", The Seven Capital Cities of Heaven. Shang-Chi will compete for the realm of their mother and the rest will come together including Iron Fist. The Immortal Weapons would be Fat Cobra/Black Dragon (which I think they honestly had an easter egg of with the Tattooed Sumo wrestler in the first Shang-Chi film), Bride of the Nine Spiders (she was already in Iron Fist season 1), Tiger's Beautiful Daughter, Dog Brother, Prince of Orphans and Steel Phoenix. You could even modify it slightly and have Danny Rand as the champion for K'un L'un and Colleen Wing invited as the champion for the regular realm of earth. Misty Knight and Luke Cage could travel as her entourage and then cross paths with Danny.
These characters will definitely appear in Spider-Man 4, especially if it's going to closely follow the Devil's Reign storyline. Luke Cage running for Mayor against Kingpin. 😮
