Uhhh not to be that guy buuuut he was already an adult in this series lmao. It was literally his college years and beyond, only other thing they could do with it is have him get married to mj and maybe he gets a job teaching in a school like the comics.

Felt the series was okay. But, that intro is, to this day, THE intro. Want to know what the Hulk’s about? That title sequence sums it up perfectly. Could watch that on loop for a depressingly long amount of time.

Daredevil along with Black Widow and Captain America should get their own animated series. There was gonna be a Daredevil, Black Widow and Captain America animated series in the 90s, but they were discontinued after Marvel was facing bankruptcy in the late 90s. But now three of them can get their own animated series.

Not many people like animated shows. The die hards would be all in, but sadly the casuals will complain. There can be a balance between live action and animated to please both audiences, though.

We'll if they decided to introduce Toxin into it, they could have Flash Thompson become his host as a nod to Agent Venom in it, since I doubt they'd ever want Venom to not be Eddie Brock in this show.

@CheesyGarlicMan Thank you, Toxin has yet to be used in any animated media, so I'm thinking why not have him bond with a Well known Symbiote Host like Flash Thompson, since Patrick Mulligan was kind of forgettable.

spider-man & x-men share the top spot for me but i still wanna see a 90's TV universe where they incorporate the fantastic four, hulk & iron man cartoons (with spidey & x-men obviously) together & do massive crossovers etc. but doesn't it seem a bit gratuitous for them to be doing spider-man freshman year AND a reboot of the 90's cartoon..? i'd still watch em but it might feel frivolous.

I wouldn’t expect a Spiderman Animated Series return until atleast 2028. Friendly Neighborhood Spiderman has already been green-lit and in deep production for a season 2. If season 1 releases this November and it’s successful, there may even be a season 3. Not to say it’s impossible for Disney to release two back to back ongoing Spiderman animated series, lord knows it would make them so much money and garner so many views. Though I just don’t see it. And honestly, I’m much more excited for Friendly Neighborhood Spiderman over the prospect of the 90s series return. Story wise, I just don’t know how much a return has to offer. So much of the main plot line of that series was Peter getting with Mary Jane, which we now know has happened. Peter found MJ, and they are living happily ever after. X-men originally left off with a cliffhanger with ZERO resolution. Same can’t be said for Spiderman anymore.

Honestly I believe friendly neighborhood spider-man should be canceled because it’s just a comic accurate redo of Tom holland’s spider-man which makes it non-canon because of the spider-man characters that Sony owns.
