Marvel Studios X-Men Reboot Team Revealed 

It really should fucking be the original team from the original comics. I don't know why Marvel seems to hate that team.

I hope gambit is done well in live action and please marvel, dont kill him off early he should be in multiple movies.

I was a really big fan of the team in the Eighties and early Nineties: Wolverine, Nightcrawler, Dazzler, Rogue, Storm, Longshot, Colossus, Psylocke, Havok. Given that they're starting with Mr. Sinister, that team would work pretty well (because it already did, once) with the Morlock Massacre storyline, as well as with an Inferno storyline or Fall Of The Mutants.

Give me the OG team then branch out with the Giant Size X-Men in a scond or third movie. Give Wolverine a solo movie first before he joins the team. The solo movie should be the same as his first appearance in the comics. Wolverine taking on Wendigo, and The Incredible Hulk.

It's basically the 90's series roster, can't be mad at that 🤷🏾‍♂ Just give us some good castings and a decent script and they can break a billion with ease.

I'm thrilled by this roster since it's related to the animated series. I hope they do Gambit justice this time compared to what we got in X-Men Origins Wolverine.

My choice. 1st movie Xavier origin (faces Shadow King). 2nd movie originals plus a selected handful (I always liked Forge). 3rd movie we get Wolverine.

Makes sense due the the success of X-Men '97. I'd love to see Wolverine developed separately before being brought onto the team also, but hey, he really is and has been the face of the X-Men pretty much since he became a member, so I wouldn't be surprised if this is true. I just hope he isn't written in a way that he completely overshadows all the other characters, like with Fox. I think there was a nice balance in X-Men '97. Although the original series had several episodes devoted to Wolverine, they still maintained a nice balance too. Here's hoping.

So exactly the same as the X Men 97 roster, all cool with me. I honestly do agree though, give Wolverine a break for a while. Establish him on his own first, then bring him into the X Men. As long as they give Cyclops his time to shine as the X Men’s leader though I’m ok with Wolverine being around straight away. Just don’t make him the franchise focus again. For all of Apocolypse and Dark Phoenix’s faults, that’s the main thing I liked about those movies that Wolverine was only in Apocolypse for a cameo then never seen again in that timeline, giving characters like Jean and Scott more focus.

I like the IDEA, but I'm concerned because it feels like too big of a core cast for everyone to get decent screen time or even room for a compelling villain. It would take a very strong script and director to pull it off.

For villains I want The Sentinels done properly, then Apocalypse, and Sinister with Mystique, then finish with the brotherhood,or do a flash back at the beginning of the original x men team in spy gear infiltrating somewhere to stop the brotherhood spy's, and have beast complaining about wearing shoes, and Angel wearing a parachute to reveal later it open and he has wings, then flash forward and do the sentinels.

I agree. But at the same time,I think him getting in at the end of the first movie,is OK. But we only have a few years with Hugh. Like 15 tops. Make as many as we can with him in there. We wanted this,this is what we dreamed of,right. From that first x men,and that first crossover rumor in 04, let's embrace it a little. Definitely get what you mean though, he shouldn't be in the first movie as a main member. If anything last battle,like this is the team going foward or in the end credits. Do it the right way,wait till movie 2 or a5, and when they cross, x men-wolverine-deapool-it could be huge. Done the right way. Your already bringing in a huge fan favorite in gambit. Don't overload it. That's already huge. I think every fan will agree on that one. If you overload it,that big gambit arrival will mean nothing. And all of us,I bet even you,want to see gambit fully part of the team and to see him get his screen time. Hugh's wolverine is hands down my favorite. Literally, my number 1 favorite from day one. But I even know,if he shoes up in that first movie and is in the whole movie. It will kill some of the other big names showing up. Gambit being the biggest one, to me. Only one true portral,which he did amazing. But we've all wanted gambit with the x men team,since that first x men. Let's hype that up a little,for the big team up.

when i hear a freah new team i did not picture basically first class without xavier magneto and mystique. We need stories we havent already gotten the screen from the comics and i already feel another dark phoenix attempt from this line up in the future and thats a bad idea in my opinion

No Wolverine.. Perfect.! Let Wolverine and Deadpool do their thing, so that they are not nerfed after one movie. Split the X-Men team in X-Men Blue and Gold Teams and let them shine.. Cyclops leads Blue Team and Storm leads Gold Team. It's a very simple concept but this means, you don't cram everyone into one movie and you leave room for Jubilee and Sunspot to develop as new live characters.

3:00 - *_Exactly. Marvel has been screwing up so much lately that they are hanging onto their one big recent success like it is a life jacket! Cyclops, Jean, Beast, Storm, Rogue and Gambit are no brainers; you almost HAVE TO have them on. Wolverine... I mean, I get it: Not having him and building a new one would have been great (Hugh Jackman HAS TO DISAPEAR after Deadpool & Wolverine: Must not cross over permanently!) but I get the feeling we will see the new Wolverine in D&W and, if so, you can't really just leave him on ice while the X-Men go around the world; plus, if he is more of a sideline character, like in X-Men 97, it might work. And Jubilee is not surprising either as the FoX-Men-verse never seemed to do anything with her.... Morph? I love the character of Morph but I feel like he is a dangerous trap for the writers because he can change into anyone and use their powers: So what are they going to do? Have him appear in the his fist movie appearance and start morphing into all sorts of characters we've never seen before, use their powers, leaving those in the audience less familiar with the X-Men roster of heroes and vilains scratching their heads as to who those characters are and why are they suddenly popping on the screen? (The other alternative that would be super fun would be if he only Morphed into MCU heroes and vilain, but then that means that Marvel has to hire guys like Chris Evans, Dave Bautista, Chris Hemsworth, etc. for multiple cameos throughout many movies, which might be costly and/or complicated; but somehow I doubt that the people at Marvel will have the discipline to stick with such a limit gallery of heroes and refrain from touching on others we have never seen, just to get a pop fromthe cartoon/comic book fans! Hence why I think using Morph is a trap for them and mostly a bad idea)_* *_Where I drop off is with Bishop and Sunspot: Sunspot is just ridiculous and only there because of X-Men 97; no one is craving Sunspot (And probably because they want to play out the romance with Jubilee, which is ridiculous in itself as they'll already will have the Rogue/Gambit and Cyclops/Jean romances to deal with; even more so if you add Wolverine as a third wheel to Jean and Cyclops). But Bishop is A HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!! Bishop's story is complex and involves him coming from the future: You CANNOT just plop him in in the first iteration of the Marvel X-Men as just being there and just say: "Oh, yeah! This is Bishop. He comes from the future, but we don't have time to get into the minutia of why or how [Not for another 2 or 3 movies first!]. Just go with it!" (Why do I hear that said in the voice of Lauren Shuler Donner when I write that?). It was already disappointing to see Bishop in Days of Future Past as just "A Mutant who is there" without any exploration of of his rich story, now they are going to erase all that all over again? Why? Bishop is the kind of character that they could give his own movie franchise to: Easily a trilogy of him going back in time to the present X-Men and time jumping through other adventures in two or more movies; why kill that by just having him be one of the OG MCY X-Men_* *_Cyclops, Jean, Storm, Beast, Rogue Gambit and Jubilee: Awesome! Wolverine and Morph: If handled with discretion, ok! But after that, I'd much rather they include a carbon copy of Deadpool's Colossus (Or the one from that universe himself), make a more comic book/cartoon accurate Iceman or pullout one of the obscure X-Men who we have never seen before and impress us with that!_*

So basically the animated series version? I would rather they go with the absolute original team, which they have never really done on screen. They probably never will, because it would be just one female character, but I'd still like to see that original version.

Have the OG team in a flashback not as a primary focus like the animated series did with the ice man episode The OG team is boring there’s a reason why the X-Men was popular after a certain time and it wasn’t the beginning

How in the world can Bishop be there in the first movie? We starting from after Days of Future Past? There's no reason for him to be in the past, unless he's trying to fix something, so what's the point? The movies not about him.

man idk i dont really want X-Men 97's exact team/roster i want them to switch it up a bit but my dream team for the first movie would include 1. Professor-X 2. Cyclops 3. Jean Grey 4. Storm 5. Kitty Pryde (as a new comer) 6. Iceman 7. Nightcrawler 8. Colossus 9. Beast 10. Morph (joins the team at the end of the Movie) and i wouldnt mind if they used Classic Rogue or X-Men Evolution Rogue who's emo 11. Rogue (Joins the team at the end of the Movie) Heres my Plan for some of the X-Men Movies/Properties and the main villain could be Mr Sinister and throughout the Movie Mystique or Sabrethooth could be stalking/watching the team and then in the post-credit scene we could finally get the reveal of Magneto and in the second post-credit scene we could get the team rescuing or discovering Wolverine. in the sequel we could get Rogue feeling like she doesnt belong and fit into the team so it would be a perfect opportunity to introduce Gambit and finally Wolverine, Iceman will be the only member of the x-men who she gets closed to and the main villain is Magneto. Beast wont be included in the film and it could be referenced/mentioned or heck even shown that he left the team to be join the Avengers since he typically fits in with them better then he does with the X-Men. The Post-Credit could setup Magneto Recruiting an army of Mutants to help him (i dont want them to use/do Dark Phoenix in the third movie but i also dont want them to use Apocalypse since he sort of like the Thanos to the X-Men. After the sequel we get a Wolverine and Kitty Pryde team up movie where they go and are in Japan and the main could be Silver Samurai. During this we get a Rogue and Gambit Romcom Movie and a Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends Team up Movie and it'll be about Peter teaming up Iceman, The Human Torch and Firestar fighting and hanging out together or whatever. After this we get a Spider-Man and Kitty Pryde Romcom Movie which could take place between Spider-Man 5 and 6 and When Kitty is back in NY she meets Spider-Man who she has had a crush on and even has a poster of him in her room and we'll see that during X-Men 1 and 2 and they'll fight crime specifically thugs while developing a friendship/relationship. After this we finally get X-Men 3 and the main villain will be Magneto and his army of mutants and this Movie could introduce and be the first appearance of this new version of Deadpool after secret wars and this it'll also be the first appearance of Jubilee (as a new comer), Emma frost and Avalanche (X-Men Evolution Version).Beast will be back though only to help them against Magneto and he doesnt rejoin the team. in the end X-Men defeat Magneto and Avalanche with a few other mutants join Xaviers School such as Berzerker, Sunspot, Magna and Cannonball and Magik joins the team. This is my dream plan😁😁😁

They should do Rogue's into to the X-Men like it was in the comics: have her start as a rather amoral villian until the incident with Carol Danvers / Capt. Marvel that led to her an adjustment of her personality needing help from Xavier. It's a good way to wrap up Capt. Marvel (who isn't a fan favorite, so why no end her story there, though they're open to keeping her around after) and one of the most memorable sub-plots from the John Byrne era of the comics.
